My college has a long distance from my home.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are good and the course curriculum is also so good. I choosed this course because I have so much interest in computers and technology. Almost every faculty members have done their PHD. Before Semester 4 internals are taken.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 270000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of our college is so good it's not that high . Our college approves many scholarships. There is a scolarship named the Swami Vivekananda Scholarship, I got this scholarship this year and also will receive it next year . Campus placement in our college is pretty good.

Campus Life

Campus life in our college is so good . Our college has a really big Campus. Our college held many cultural events and other events and every year a Tech Fest is Organized by the college. Our college has a very big library. There are many clubs in our college like the Coding club, Music club, Sports club, NCC club etc.

Admission

The admission process was great. For admission, I had to take an entrance exam application process was OK. The cut-off of this exam was not that hard to get. I did not get any reservation benefits. Application form and other stuff related to admission is available in the admission cell.

Placement Experience:

From fifth or 6 semester is present become eligible for campus placement. There is no company visited in our college. The highest package of our college is 32 LPA and the average package of our college is 4LPA. 82.7% MCA

Placement Experience:

The placements are really nice. Every year, a large amount of students are employed by Tech Mahindra, CTS, TCS, Wipro, etc. all software giants. The starting salaries are also decent. Most students get placed, but 100% placement has also been achieved by the college now.

Good College

Placement Experience:

Placement eligibility usually starts in the final year, but there are limited opportunities. Some IT and outsourcing companies visit, but they offer low salary packages. The average package offered is not very high about 3-4 LPA and only a small percentage of students get placed. Many students prefer to pursue an MCA or learn additional skills like web development, data science or cyber security to improve their job prospects. After completing my BCA, I plan to gain experience in IT related jobs improve my technical skills and possibly pursue higher studies like MCA. I might also explore freelancing or certification to increase job opportunities. Since I already have customer service and telecalling experience, I may also consider IT support roles before moving into core technical jobs. Building skills and networking will be important for getting a good job after graduation.

Reality of Jis college of engineering

I choose this college because this college was good in among all the average colleges in West Bengal leaving the top colleges. The placement is also good. So for all this reason I choose this college. I wanted to go for heritage but my name didn't came in cutoff.
