What Students Say
Likes
- I would surely go for the campus and its infrastructure, its one of the biggest and finest that i have ever seen.
- Second i will go for the Training that the university provides for placements. College trains students for placements from 5th semester onwards.
- Third will be the events in the university, there are multiple events for academic progression as well as for enoying the whole night dancing
Dislikes
- They have kind of complex management system, like a normal task(that might seem easy for me only ) is divided into multiple departments. And if something exceptional happens you might have to run a lot for the solution
- Some of the faculties with which i had experience, there are really 2 or 3 of them but i think i have to count them for the things i dislike
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and the faculty are really good. Faculty are really helpful and can help you to move forward. I chose this course because i was kind off interested in knowing the technology behind the things we use in our daily life. And now i am really enjoying web development. Faculty to students ratio would be 1:5, i am calculating it right. For the qualification many teachers have done phd. while everyone have done grad. Mid term exams happens every month with practicals and then there are end semester exams that happens once in the year.
Internships Opportunities
College usually helps more in placement but if you have done enough research(patents and research papers) college can provide you internship in global market too. And through many events and competitions held in University you can get on campus internships
Placement Experience
Placements are considered pretty good for our college. You will get many opportunities but you have to be skilled enough to grab them as competition is also pretty good here. From 6th semester onwards students become eligible to sit for placements. There are many companies that visits college, and there arey pretty big names too like Infosys, wipro, godrej, Disney, TCS. And people looking for Google and Amazon, company have visited previously in the college, but they are not sure of coming every year. Apart from them there are many companies that visit the campus for placements. Percentage of students getting placed is above 85%. My plans after graduation would be sitting for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
When i joined the campus in 2021, my fees was 90000 rupees, the price might have gone up now. On top of that i got 40% scholarship through the cucet exam. You can even get campus jobs through hackathons or events in the university. Fees hike i noticed is 10000 rupees per year. Jobs you can get on campus are of lab assistant with stipend of 25000.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is pretty good, the infrastructure is great, roads are good, food is good, campus is newly built and it is built beautifully. There are also many clubs in the college, you will have many options while looking for clubs, the clubs i have heard of are modeling club, bhangda club, dance club, drama club and there are many tech related clubs too. Classrooms contains all the amenities they are supposed to have, we have projectors, ACs and i guess these are enough if we count them for basic amenities. For the library, each block have its own library and they had all books, i tried to find. Also sports is also focused in University there is almost every sport except swimming.
Admission
While taking admission you have to give CUCET. On the basis of CUCET college provides you scholarship, also if you are having more than 90% in 12th, you can get additional 10% scholarship. I got 40% scholarship. Exam contains questions from class 12th syllabus. Eligibility of course is surely you should be 12th pass, with science stream. For applying you can go to cucet website though i am not sure about reservation benefits. For further improvements I think college should explain the process with more clarity
