You can see biometric everywhere and the campus is crowded
You are not allowed to go to the campus without proper permission and very long process to get permission

Course Curriculum Overview

I Got Computer Science Core And My Rank Is 12,500 In Viteee Exam. Faculty To Student Ratio Is Good. You Will Get One Professor For Every 65 To 70 Students And Every Faculty Done Their Ph.D. from Iit Or Nit. Verse 1TAP conduct three exams each semester, and you can easily pass exams

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 198000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Most of the companies offer intern roles in their companies Google Microsoft is the famous company that offers internships to our campus students. One of the famous internships is one student who got a one lakh internship in Amazon recently for three months.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am paying 1,90,000 tuition fee per year. There is no fee hike in tuition fees. You will get scholarships if you take from AP EAPCET exam. You may get other scholarships from outside of the campus but the hostel does not provide any scholarships to students sometimes it will provide you with free accommodation on holidays. If you are working on any project on campus. The university will provide a stipend if you are working on any good project or working with any other company that is based on your talent.

Campus Life

The best thing about VITAP is the annual cultural fest, VITOPIA and the annual technical fest is VTAPP which is another very big fest. We have big sponsors like BMW Motor Road, royal Enfield, and Hindu. We have a library with a good source of books and research papers published by our university. Every class is fully digitalised with a projector. We have all the sports facilities except swimming. We have so many clubs and chapters in the university which are very active.

Hostel Facilities

In hostel rooms, you will get steady table chair and bed frame. You need to buy a separate bed. The mess is pretty decent. It's not bad but it depends on the cat. Sometimes one hostel does not have good caters and management so it's not good to eat there and their qualities pretty low. The registration process for hostel is through online and effort is too expensive. I will suggest you to go to any PG nearby. You will get PG within 5 km.

Hostel Fee: INR 135000 per year

Admission

Eligibility of the course is to write VITEEE exam and to get a rank below 25,000 so that you will get category 1 computer science with some specialisations. Application fees are 6000 application dates may change every year but mostly they occur in the first four months of the year. VITTEEE exam. Don't have reservations but if you are coming from AP APCET, you'll get reservations.

My experience at Vignan's Institute Of Information Technology

Likes

The college have good learning environment. We have spacious classrooms with digital boards and pc, multiple playgrounds, seminar halls,digital labs etc.I like the digital labs because we gain our pratical experience.
we have a central library which has digital library in it. In exams most of the time i will spent in library. Because it has peaceful environment. The rules of library is also good. We need to swip our id to enter the library.
The next thing i like in my college is the temple. We have a temple in our college. in our free time, we spent our time at temple. And the most important thing is the college try very hard to get the students placed in reputated company.

Dislikes

Main drawback of our college is, we have only small canteen. Everyone doesnot like it. sometimes we need to eat our food by standing due to less number of tables but the food is good.
we have food court and canteen, these two are small. But our college looked into this. Now constructing the big one.
Other than these things. I donot have any things i donot like about my college. The college road is not good to our college but now our college sloving this issue also.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college is very good. We have excellent training placement cell. The faculty of the placement cell are very supportive and friendly with the students. They use their network to bring the reputated companies to the campus. The maintain the well bond with the companies. around 90% of the students are placed every year from every branch. Remaing 10% students are may be with blocks or any some other reasons. If the student doesnot get any placement in the campus, the campus offers the some jobs to the students.

Why Kl university

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress
The Teaching and non teaching staffs are very good and supportive

Dislikes

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

A College Boy Story

Likes

I like the support from the faculty and they support us in every work and task
they provide the internships more and more from the prestiougus institutes
the campus is good and the infastructure is very well

Dislikes

the food at the canteen is wrost as excepected but now it better sometimes
the faculty is less expirenced it is some most one that i dislikes
the fee structure for the students is more thinh i disliked they make more stress

Placement Experience:

form the semester of 3rd year and 2nd semester and our college contains amazon , wipro , infosys , accenture , cummins , tech mahindra , cred are so many startups and the highest package is 45lpa and the average is 4 lpa per person

Kits college overall review

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

Likes

The aspects i liked the college that appreciated by the environment of greenery and calm environment
Most of the faculties are Doctorate holders and experienced
The quality infrastructure should be good and it is rated as A+ by the NAAC

the thing i like more in our college is firstly dicipline
the thing i like in our college are more but mostly we can say friendly and experienced faculty
in my college every topic is explained practically it is very help fullfor our studies

i dont like the thing our college management dont allow us to bring mobile to college
second thing was we not even permiable to talk with opposite gender freely
some of the rules in our college represent a school

Proffesors are highly qualified and very friendly with students except in Chemical Department
Environment is too good at feet of Lord Balaji and it is free from pollution having a 100 acre campus in Sheshachala Foresf
Location Of SVU is just 3 km from Tirupati Railwaystation and can go to any place in Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Kerala/.. As RU is Railway junction every train passes by and well connected Place

Dislikes

Ambience is becoming worst day by day as Cutoff is decreasing and you get very poor Alumni assocaition and Like minded people to develop
NIRF rank drastically falling down year by year due to its poor perfomance in academics, as Politics are involved
Infrastructure is Very bad and no one take care about hostels and College premises

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement are Really really worst!!! Everybody here forgot about placements as there are very megre placements take place. If you just want College Placement-DOBOT JOIN THIS COLLEGE. The management is trying to improve Placements and hope better will take place

Firstly i didn't apply for many entrance exams i only applied to 2 exams one is JEE Main which i did not qualify and second was VITEEE i secured 30k rank which brought me a seat for Category 2 in VIT Ap which was pretty good not the best without all the coaching stuff in intermediate , and the admission process is we have to apply for entrance test and we get our results ,we will have councelling after results which is choosing the branch and category you need if they rank matches the options you chose the seat will be given ....Read More

Excepting changes in unfair things of vit

I choose this college because this is one of the best university in Andhrapradesh through eamcet.Also,I heard from my seniors that the placements are also good.Compared to other other colleges in ap it has unique curriculum,academic timetable for students.No other extra charges will be taken once the fees is paid.But for middle class people it is difficult to pay this college fees all at once is a complex task.But,except this everything is fine here.I applied to bharath university chennai and i got seat in vit ap through eamcet so, i dropped from bharath university....Read More
