- Faculty explain everything thing in the classrooms itself
- Niet college is autonomous so we have the exam centre in our college..it's good because we are studying in this college so it feels like home in the exam time too.
Dislikes
- The attendance criteria is high as it demands 85% but at last moment they allow the students to sit in the exam at 60% attendance also in the end semester. But in sessional you must have 75% attendance sit in the exam
- The college timings is 9-5 which is boring as colege students are known to do their work at home
Course Curriculum Overview
As we all know that at this time the CSE branch is in demand in market so basically I opted for it so that I can grab good package in future to maintain financial balance. The teachers are helpful and supportive in nature . they will help you in every aspect either it's related with your academic or sometimes personal too. All teachers are post graduate along with some are pursuing PhD in their related field and some have already have it. The term exam is approx on a monts gap..it is easy to qualify questions will come directly from the notes
Placement Experience
from the 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the placement but some good skills students also get to sit in the placement in the 5th semester only. Companies who visited in the campus was tcs-ion, Accenture, capegmini, Wipro. There package range from 5lpa-10lpa. The average placement was 4.5lpa and the highest were 11lpa. But most of the students don't get joining letter. Last year the placement percentage was 70 to 80 percent but in the year 2023 it's like 40 percent as students are not able to clear all the interview round. I'm planning for the M.TECH from top IITS
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee of the BTech in CSE for the year 2022-2026 is around Rs.511650/- . The price may increase in the upcoming academic year but it's all depends on college. How they want to manage their expenses accordingly they will definitely increase their fee structure. There are scholarship provided in the school by the UP government but only UP students are eligible
Campus Life
The annual fest Jagmag which happens at the time of DIWALI and coming to the tech fest that happens most of time in the period of 1-2 months. There are several books available in the libraries you can take it and read there but if you want to issue it also can be done but you have to renew it in 10 days. Otherwise Rs5 will be charged per book and per day. There are smart board and projector available in all the classrooms. There are sports activities conducted with college level in sports like Cricket, volleyball, badminton, kho-kho etc. Khushiya baaton club , green gold society, megapixels, niet jetsetter and many more are the clubs run by students.
Admission
So baiscally I Gave JEE 2022 and got around 85 percentile with AIR 133k approx and then I got to know about uptu counseling so I applied through uptu counselling and got niet in my second round of counseling. There is no reservation for outside UP STUDENT THEY ALL WILL BE RECOGNISED AS GENERAL STUDENT. Also there should be some relaxation at the time of physical verification because they were not taking admission because of my passing certificate which I forgot to brought with me. So whenever you are coming for physical verification you should come up with all the certificate which you have including medical certificate.
