- Many companies visit every year and take a lots of students for their companies
- They repeatedly organize hackathons and coding competition to showcase talent and improve skills

- The population of university is quite large, there are lots of student in the college
- Some of the faculty members are not experienced and well-trained
- Attendence criteria is difficult to fulfill 75% Attendence is mandatory otherwise you willing be detained
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite good. It's similar to most of the other colleges like nits and iiits. So there in nothing to worry about. Most of the faculty members are good, well-educated and experienced that really helps student a lot but some of the faculty members are educated but not good enough to explain it to students..faculty student ratio is very good it's about 80:100. Faculties are well-qualified and good..mid term exam is on time alwaysand and if you have studied well then it's nit difficult to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Internship is provided in 3rd and 4th year. Many companies provide internships like ibm, infosys, mahindra, tata and so on. All of them provide paid internshipand stipend is off 3 lpa or 4 lpa. One project form flipkart was flipcart grid 5.0 to clarify and many more projects like that
Placement Experience
Placement of college is quite good but not comparable to iits and nits. The average package in 5-7 lpa but many students get package of 25 lakh 30 lakh and so on. The students from 3rd year onwards is eligible for sitting in campus Placement. Many companies visit in our college every year like ibm, tata, mahindra ,infosys,Google, Microsoft and so on and they take almost 2000 students. Almost 70 percent students get placed remaining can go for off-campus placement
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is similar to all other private colleges in fact a little bit lower than them like for cse fee of 1 year is 212000 don't know about other branches. Yeah they provide really good scholarships through cucet exam.if you have scored above 70 then 30% scholarship and like wise. Some students can even get 100% scholarship if they perform well in cucet. I got 40% scholarship in college

Admission
Admission process is not much complicated. There in a entrance exam of college named as CUCET in which you have to score at least 40 marks to take admission in the college. One more required criteria in that you should have 70% in your 10th and 12th standard. All details about applicantion form,fee,dates are available on website of chandigarh university. No I think admission process is quite good.
