Overall college is proved good for me but the fee needs to be decreased because it's too high for a middle-class family

GATE was the entrance exam I took. I scored 97marks in GAT exam and I chose this college because it has a high reputation.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good and very easy to understand. Many lecturers help us in assessing the situation very well and many books have to mainly be read to get or gather information on the given topic or given a problem. Workshops are conducted every week and labs are the best to get a higher CGPA in the report so the best thing is to do good in labs and if you don't do good in exams also it will not matter so do good in labs

No, it doesn't provide the internship.
Placement Experience
Many of us students said there is good placement ratio in college but I haven't experienced it because I am still in the second year so I have to wait to see and experience my self in campus selections. companies like amz google tech mahindra flipkart genpact etc are available for our college placements
College Events
There are many events in college and many are not properly organized and most of them are not interested. There is only one big event in the college named”PRAMANA” which happens in February of every year and its the only event to watch out for. All events are just and strictly just organised for MONEY
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is very expensive. Every year joining batch will have Rs.15000 increased in their fee compared to their seniors and my fee is Rs.247500 per annum that means it costs me around Rs1000 per day which too high and hostel is also very highly expensive where they charge around Rs.10000 per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know a lot about it but many told me that the only student having an annual salary less than 1lakh by their parents will get a scholarship and then there exists good percentage also.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is always one-sided and here also ita the same.boys are high whereas girls are less in numbers and many girls are arrogant about some particularities so politics always start from the seniors and by the support of seniors some juniors overreact and economic status is good while we see many get loans to study because the fee is very high
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good you find gym free wifi and many other facilities but the problem is hostel is very far from the college and every day students have to travel from college to hostel for breakfast lunch and to take rest. Mess is good but the rates in the mess have to be decreased by some rate.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students take help from juniors because they have many backlogs and juniors have to help the seniors in passing the exams and junior write seniors assignments records observations etc
Exam Structure
Exams and labs are very frequent as there are 3 mids and 2 lab internals in a SEMESTER.A semester is just of 4-5 months and around 26 exams are conducted including all mids and labs internals and on an average we have to attend around 5 exams per month and this excludes records observations and assignments and homework also
Admission
I got admission by writing the GAT exam and passed it successfully.Gitam gave me a call letter then to arrive for the counselling at their campus,then we have to fill all the formalities and pay the fee.By this way i got admission in gitam.The administration was very slow so dont go fast to the counselling center.
Faculty
The faculty is good and sometimes they show partiality so better to butter them at all times to get good lab marks and better impression and a few lecturers are sticky people who don't leave us in our free periods where some are reckless.Sticky lecturers are mostly and majorly found
