The college is good enough with a sprawling campus cooperative students enthusiastic and well qualified teachers .However the hostel infrastructure as well as the mess food may be improved. Moreover the number of patients in the wards is quite high and thus the hospital needs some amendments
I wrote the 2015 west bengal medical joint entrance wbjeem 2015 and secured a rank of 876 in the general category and got into this college as per choice and availability after 1 round of counselling and completed the process of admission.I chose to remain in this college in the subsequent counselling rounds .I chose my course by personal choice and according to rank .No interview process was followed
The course was excellent with appropriate focus on practical learning. Research initiatives taken by the institute were very rare
Yes the college provides an internship.I haven't experienced it yet as I haven't yet passed the final exam .the average stipend amount is 20000.
The placement scenario is very good.major percent of the students got placed .The major companies were Neotia get well Health Center and Desun Hospital .The average package is quite good
Plasma the annual college fest with cultural programs ,quite big for 4 days ,average footfall equals the entire population of the college with ample contribution from college authorities. Nostalgia a 1 day cultural program in honor of last year pass out students with average footfall about 85 percent of college population

According to my rank, I was getting Burdwan medical college. But as because my hometown is in Murshidabad I chose this particular college. My first option was always the medical colleges of Kolkata. Unfortunately I didn't get them So without opting any other peripheral college,I chose the one which is closer to my home and I think it's a pretty good decision.
I applied for the NEET West Bengal State Counselling through the official portal of Government of West Bengal Department of Health and Family Welfare West Bengal. Next I was allotted a set in the college as per my course through selection on the basis of my NEET-UG Exam Scorecard.
COMJNMH Kalyani is a high-potential college with reaches. The college has a job surety and mostly with high stipend just as it also has an internship programme which builds the required qualities in the students which are surely to be further required in their career
CMSDH is a very good college with great education, good faculty and a very good teaching system. The campus-life is very good and there are extracurricular activities as well in the college. The hospital in the college has great facilities and is very good for training.
Generally Regarded as the Best College in West Bengal for MBBS if not East India. Holds credit for excellence in the field via Alumni records. Draws flake due to Student Politics prevalent in Colleges of WB.
It's one of the best government medical College and hospital in West Bengal.Located on a well populated and well communicated area. The college provides the students an environment & opportunity to establish as an knowledgeable Doctor in future. The professors are efficient in their respective fields and student friendly. The hospital provides good infrastructure to make the students efficient doctors.
My college is one of the best college. All faculty are best. Seniors are like our elder brother and sister. It has a hospital attached to it. Many patients benefited by these hospital. We have a academic building with auditorium.
I love my alma mater. This is the most important peripheral medical college in West Bengal. Infrastructure is excellent in this college. All the facilities and non-teaching staffs are very well-behaved.
GOOD ACADEMICS,GOOD CULTURAL ACTIVITIES,GOOD FACULTY,GOOD LECTURE THEATRE, ALL ARE ACed,THERE IS FREE WIFI. BUT THERE ARE SOME NEGETIVES.SUPERSPECIALTY BRANCHES ARE NOT THERE. THERE IS NO CLINICAL SEATS IN PG, BUT FROM 2020 THERE WILL BE.
Well, this question doesn't apply technically, we go for internships in our final year and with the deficit doctors are facing, no one really thinks on placement
The course makes me a doctor in the future. It's tough, time taking and mind stuffing but it's enjoyable. Practicals is the heart and soul of medicine. From the very beginning they are a major concern. Research opportunities aren't intrinsic, many take the icmr sts with full support from the faculty. Also being part of SAMSA I get to share ideas and take them.
