Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Faculty members are good. Faculty of electronics and maths has minimum 20 years of teaching experience. Faculty of other subjects also have atleast 8-10 years of experience. This college is autonomous so they change their curriculum according to industry requirements.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am in 1st semester, so I don't have any internship experience. But few people got good intership from college. And few also got pre placement offers. 1st year students have to do internship after their 2nd semester. In semester break, we have to do minimum of 3 week of internship

Placement Experience

4.5

As I am in 1st year I don't have much knowledge about placement but return on investment is good in this college. And according to nirf it's placement is good. They conduct workshop from 1st semester i think that will help us in getting decent job

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees is around 150000 but for 1st year it is 175000. The fees includes examination fee, placement fee etc. You don't have to buy books because they are provided by the college. Next year they will most probably increase the fees.

Campus Life

3.5

This college is more focused on academics. So there clubs is not that much active, but they have clubs like photography club, dance club, art club, music club, sports club etc. They have a Diwali fest known as jagmag. They also have electronic club. And they also organises compition.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is average. For 1st year they don't have gym. Food is average. They have basic facilities in hostel. And a doctor also visits the hostel every day. Hostel canteen is average. You can only be out of Hostel till 6:30pm

There are two ways to get admission in this college. 1st one is counciling of UPTAC and 2nd is direct admission. For direct admission they check your class 10th and 12th marksheet. 75% in PCM is is good enough to get admission in CSE to ECE all branches.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I will say it's one of the top college under Aktu . Better than other Aktu colleges in few terms like it is autonomous so it has a bit different syllabus and my college focuss on formal talking and technical communication from 1st semester so that the students are ready for facing interviews. In terms of infrastructure, I don't like it much as it in more like a school than a college and the hostels are terrible, you will get ill always . Also there is no fest in NIET and the few small ones are boring and waste of time....Read More
