I Like campus life .Many sports opportunities are there for students to play.
I like Some faculties because they are very friendly. I like the hygiene of the college.
I like the course . Very interesting course.

Dislikes

Course materials provided from college are useless. You will surely not get even pass Marks by studying that. Self Study is necessary.
Some Faculties Are not experienced. They are just passed out Batch from another college.
Parking is Difficult, Road become very muddy at the student entrance gate. campus is very Big, and canteen is also far but can be reached by walking. Canteen food is worst.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have choosen hospital management because i want to contribute my efforts in providing care to patients in the healthcare sector. It was my dream to be a doctor but since it did not happen, I have the option to opt for hospital management. Faculty: 20:1 Qualification: Highly Qualified and very good professors but professors are changing . Hoping to get the best professors in future. Difficulty- We are the last batch of 3 years program. Now the Course is 4 years and fees is also expected to increase. According to our batch, Exams are not difficult but i don't know about the current batch. They said that the new course syllabus is very dificult and they don't even know whether they will pass or not. Exams- 4 Class Assessment test( CA ) , 2 SEMESTER for a year. Besides, MAR POINTS and Moocs courses are also Necessary to do.

Placement Experience

No placement is provided by the college. Only internships are provided. My plan Is to Do MBA by cracking CAT exam. Overall, I recommend not to study at Nshm knowledge campus since placement is not provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is fixed once it is given before admission. They will provide in details about fees structure.It was nearly 3.75 lakh total( if given per semester), 3.25 lakh( one time total fees) , 3.50 lakh total ( if given yearly). No stipend is provided during Internship. Many scholarships are available like swami vivekananda scholarship and so ,on . I don't know the exact name of the scholarships since i am from general category and my family income did not met the income criteria of the scholarships. Financial assistance - Students can take Student loan from bank and study. college may delay that process but will never deny to do.

Campus Life

Many Social Fests like NSHM BLITZ , Tech fest etc are held. You will surely not be bored. Books- Many books are available to borrow or you can study from chat gpt as i did. I got 8.1 Sgpa in both 1st and 2nd semester. Amenities - Fan, Projector ..No Ac, Only seminar has Ac facility. Sports and music - Face painting, mobile gaming , volleyball, carrom, Dj , Badminton, gym and so on. Social Group - NSHM KNOWLEDGE CAMPUS, DURGAPUR website in facebook.

Admission

Elegibility for hospital management - Higher secondary Pass mark from any stream. Application form- Available both offline and online Reservation - Many scholarships are there for the undergeneral caste students . Improvement - Does not need improvement. It is acceptable.

Interview Experience

We had to give an entrance exam and personal interview. Personal interview questions were introduce yourself, why have you choosen hospital management and such type. Entrance exam was very easy and they allow to give it at home. It has no pass mark. It is a MCQ based computer test. Preparation - Not needed. Just make sure you know about the course you are willing to do and why are you willingly to do.

Detailed overview of PGIMS through my eyes

Likes

I liked the college environment the most. It was really pleasant and calm and green scenery everywhere which kept our mind at peace
I also liked the faculties in the college. They were really helpful, approachable and knowledgeable.
Another thing I liked about the college is the interaction with everyone, both within department and outside the department. Everyone was really friendly and approachable.

Dislikes

I didn't like the infrastructure of the college. It lacked basic structure and management. I think they should improve that
Also I didn't like the scarcity of vehicles to go to the college as well as come back from the college.
Another thing I didn't like about the college is, there was no canteen in the college so we had to manage the food by ourselves.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I saw the potential in the course for a better and precise future since hospital management is overall management and administration is a part of management. The college provided us 2 internships which really helps us to gain exposure in practical life.

Events, Fests are generally being conducted regularly in the college.
Teachers assigned to the respective course curriculum are knowledgeable and have industry exposure.
Students in this college get the good amount of placement opportunities.

Dislikes

Sports facilities in this college is very much limited. You can only play limited no of sports.
The infrastructure of the college is very much old fashioned.
Finding good peer group in this college is pretty much difficult. Also the girls to boys ratio is not up to the mark.

You can say that the course curriculum of our college is average. Like it is not very much industry aligned and not much old fashioned or outdated. Yes there needs to be improvement in the college's course curriculum so that students get to learn the things that are actually important and are needed in the field.

Very Cooperative Faculty Members - When there is any kind of need faculties are always present to help us
Facilities Provided - Seminar Rooms , Projecter Fitted Class , Needed Facilities for a student is provided

Dislikes

Cleanliness Issues - Bathroom are not maintained properly they are not clean properly , Garden Sometimes Remained Dirty , Sitting Places At Parking Remain Dusty
Sports Ground is not maintained properly which creates problems during the annual sports because of the critical ground condition
Canteen Services Are Not Provided Like All Colleges Provide to their students where students can sit eat together snacks , refreshment

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements I got a training at Asansol Healthworld Hospital Pvt.Ltd. for 2 months but no offers was made to me According to me 21 Lpa is the highest Package in our HM Department of Paramedical College , and Avg Package is 7-9 Lpa 90% students getting placements

While the course load is demanding, the curriculum is well-designed and prepares you well for real-world applications.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am satisfied with the Kingston. It is very helpful for students who want to do Hospital Management Course Placements: 100 percent of students got internships in various reputed hospital. Infrastructure: When I visited the campus for the first time,. It was really a good experience. The auditorium was very good. Every class has an Wi-Fi facility. Faculty: The teachers were very helpful and qualified as well. Classes are conducted from time to time. The curriculum was very easy so it is easy to grasp. And understand. Exams are conducted twice a year. Other: this is fine. Curriculum, teaching style, and admission process, everything is good.

Campus Life Is very precious Every students have their own perspective and open mindedness, to talk and speak publicly and discuss about the different perspectives of different fields and discussions in the library.
Overall, the. inner campus and. the portion just near the Gate number1 is way to decorative and very much student friendly .
NSHM knowledge campus provides professionalism to. each and every students from different departments.

Dislikes

In the present scenario in the year 2025 no qualified faculties are there. Specifically, those who come in NSHM Durgapur they are all freshers, but not enough experience to teach university student.
Overall, the hostel facilities of NSHM knowledge campus are way too bad because boys and girls are staying in the same hostel.
The hostel is. not of great quality for enhancing a student's diet. Sometimes after a whole day of hectic schedule, the food is very much unsatisfied to consume.

Placement Experience:

The condition of the placement in my college is. pathetic because in 2000 and 25 the companies like Medanta came. Yeah, the companies are coming, but no salary hikes are there. Some. students are going to Medanta. They are having a salary of rupees 16,000 per month in a area like DelhiGurgaon, which is useless. See after the 5th same, the students are eligible for the campus placement if the student have any backlog, he or she might not be eligible. But that particular students will have to come back to the campus to keep the practical and the theoretical examinations and the highest package for this year is only 2 lakhs, which is offered by some it. company over here and the person. age of the students getting placement is only 5 to 10 percent. My plans after getting the degree is to start my own business to enjoy my life, to enjoy my capabilities, my and to improve my pros and cons.

Course curriculum is very outdated because it is very monotonic. The curriculum focuses on the theory part of the industry which the case shouldn't be. We should focus more on the industrial requirements and bend our curriculum according to this.

Our college gives good internships but I don't know about the placements .but our seniors are working all ther seniors are working no one out there from our college is jobless . They also give good intern opportunities to get a good job with a great experience.
