Likes

The college is a perfect place for personal development and skill development of the students
The college offers avoid variety of extra curricular activities and events for the students
The college helps the students in their personal growth and also offers them a good enough placement after the completion of their degree

Dislikes

The size of the campus is not too big and it is just satisfactory
The college consists of only two canteens which is too less in my opinion
The number of exams conducted in the college can be a headache for some students

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I have a deep interest in computer science and information technology. The faculty to student ratio of the college is fair for all the students to study properly. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders and their teaching methods are fine. The term exams are held about once every 2 months and it is not too difficult to pass them the marking of the exams is fair and just

Internships Opportunities

Various companies provide internship opportunities in the college some examples are- various startups and some students even get an internship in companies like meta, Amazon, etc. the stipend ranges from 5000 a month to 30000 a month. To be eligible for the internships the students must build a strong resume and good projects to attract the company.

Placement Experience

The students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester or from the 6th semester. Various company such as TCS, Wipro, Cisco, etc. Offer placements in the college. The highest package was offered by Amazon and it was of 44 lakhs and the average package of the college is about 5 lakhs the percentage of students getting placed is about 80% I would try to opt for off campus placements after receiving my degree

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the BTech courses in ABES engineering college remains almost constant throughout the four years of education and there is not much of fee Hike to be seen the tuition fee is about 135000 every year. The college encourages various kinds of scholarships for example- the UP Government scholarship, the central scholarship, etc. On campus placements of the college are satisfactory with an average package of about 500000

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest conducted in our college is genero and the name of the Tech fest conducted in our college is Tech Pravaah. These fests do not have a fixed time to be conducted. The library consists of all the necessary books and study materials required by students. The classrooms are filled with all the required amenities for the students. Various sports such as basketball, football, badminton, cricket, etc. are available. There are Various clubs and societies run by the students in the college.

Hostel Facilities

The room consists of all the necessary equipments needed by the students such as a bed, a cupboard, fan, etc. the meal quality in the hostel mess is appropriate and the menu keeps changing every month the registration process for the hostel is simple and just, the hostels are pretty affordable and offer a fair price.

Hostel Fee: INR 114000 per year

Admission

The eligibility of my course was 10 + 2. The application form and the application fees and the application dates can be found on the official website of the college that is abes.ac.in No reservation benefits were availed from my side but the college provides all the necessary reservation benefits. The admission process of the college was fair and just and no discrepancies were made during the admission process.

Placement Experience:

placements were fine companies that were coming at the college for placements were mostly non tech and tech jobs were very less .Off-campus opportunities were better. i would rate it 2/5 . the companies approaching were also not the best

The best decision of mine to take admission in rkgit

Likes

All the teachers are highly qualified mostly from IIT and NIT
In the first year the infrastructure is amazing
The teachers are always concerned about the students but their marks Academics and their issues

Dislikes

There is nothing to be disliked everything is going well..

Placement Experience:

The College placements are very awesome like the last year the higher package was 34 lakhs and the average pockets is 5 lakh per annum and 300 + company is a visiting every year and students are getting place in good companies..

Placement is present it depends on the students if a student is capable the college provides 40 to 50 percent students get placed in the companies highest according to me was 35 as I don't no very much whats the highest package avg package is of 7 lpa and min package is 3.5 lpa

Likes

I like my course as it is not available in many colleges in India yet. And the labs and practical conducted by our faculty.
Faculty is friendly and helpful when help is needed and college enroll us in important courses
Habit of enrolling us in intership programs from second year online or offline, so we have a habit of it.

Dislikes

Hostel food are terrible some days and the washroom are dirty .
Restrictions to girls in hostel as girls can't roam in the college hostel after 7pm but boys can roam in the college whole night . Also girls have to get output to go outside but boys doesn't need it.
Buildings are all in a small area , looks more like a school than a college and we have no sitting are in the canteen so we have to sit in the class even in the break hours.

Placement Experience:

Placement of NIET is nice with approx 70% students are getting placed also this year until now 4 students are placed with 40lpa . Companies like infosys, Capgemini, GoDaddy and many more visit the college. Our highest package is 53lpa and average is 6 to 7 lakhs with minimum 4 lakhs. Currently my first goal is getting placed in cyber security domain.

Perfect review for a tier 3 college

Likes

The first year faculties are very supportive, in every aspect and terms they help a lot.
They provide equal opportunities in other field as well like games, hackathons, tournaments, etc.

Dislikes

There are very less number of events organised periodically.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards, students are eligible for the campus placements. All the big companies visit our college like microsoft, amazon, google, accenture, ibm, etc. Percentage of students getting placed is 98%. If a student doesn't gets places either he goes to further studies or for startups.

Likes

one of the best things about iiit Lucknow is the senior junior culture senior 8 January approachable and helpful
IIIT Lucknow has developed are reputation for its coding culture competitive programming open source project and hackettrons are deeply immediate
another unique aspect is the gender ratio which is the round one girl for every 2.5 poise compared to take institute is relatively balanced and healthy

Dislikes

compare to other reputed College Lucknow does not have very vibrant fest culture there are fewer culture music
hostel life has its advantages but the dormitories system from 2nd year onward is a big negative for many living with 8 to 12 student
most of faculty members simply come to class 11 lecture and their leave without much interest in melting student or classifying doubts

Placement Experience:

student are eligible for internship from second year and for job placement i think its from 3rd year highest is 1.45crpa avg 33lpa median is 26lpa this year around 201 from 209 get placement to that make around 96 %

An average college, it is good if you are from middle lower class family

Our college provides the training that includes DSA , soft skills and verbal & apptitude that the best for students for placements
The first year faculty of our college is very good and experienced having their phds
Our college infrastructure is also not that best but it's s above average, good water and electricity included Ac classroom provided by our college

Dislikes

The faculty of 3rd year isn't experienced they all are new teachers having 1 or 2 years of experience
They call students to come to college at placement time for regular classes due with we can't prepare for our placements
They take exams every months that I really don't like.

Placement Experience:

In our college I think placement are average, the average package is 4 lacks per annum. And the highest package is 34 lacks per annum.in the 2025 batch.There are approx about 60% of ye students get placed and some are left In the last of 6 or 7 semester students are eligible to sit in placements In our college the company that visit are finsol , commevault, nippons, hcl , juspay,etc.

Placement Experience:

Companies Visit every semester for placement and training. The student is Eligible for Placement from 4th year ( last year ) . But from 3rd students are eligible for Intership. The placement is very good, Mostly talented students got job easily. The avg package is 6 lpa. And highest is 52 lpa.

Inside Experience of my Time in University

Likes

I really liked learning in the Electrical Workshop. The Smithy Shop and the Welding Shop were my favourites. The Faculty there, were truly very enthusiastic and not stressful. The Electrical Workshop helps us to learn the hands on skills, of labour.
I liked the Cultural Fiesta, which is an Annual Event, where different Artistic, Technical and Sport Activities were prevalent. My favourites were Jam, Debate, Artwork, Basketball, Skits and Corner Plays, Creative Writing Sessions, Onstage activities
I liked the beautiful diversity and greenery of my University, different departments, crossing one another, everyone is friendly with one another. No unnecessary mess, during the class sessions, and there were not any such restrictions while we skip.

Dislikes

I did not like the high fees structure, which surrounded with our Course, as Btech is a vast expanded course, that requires more practical skill mastery, rather than theoretical study. I think the fees structure must be revised for deserving students
The Faculty were pretty knowledgeable, but I guess they did not put their knowledge into full action. Only a few Teachers focused upon enlightening the students with profitable learning. The use of resources and knowledge is indeed must for such.
In comparision to the high fees structure, I realised that the internship and campus placement opportunities were not adequate, to amass all the departments and their students. A Company Campus Pool is not something for both Commerce and Engineering

Placement Experience:

Placements are both on and off-campus based. Placements are usually common for both IT and Non-IT students, Technical or Non-Technical. Students become eligible, in their final years to pursue internships or acquire placements. Usually students from Computer Science and Engineering avail more placement opportunities. The Medical Department have more options of Employability. Companies like HCL, Byju's, Extramarks, IBM and other local companies like Stambh Power Systems, Pieinfocomm and others have arrived. But the placement ratio needs to be increased. Off-Campus Placements are more successful. Highest Package can be 8lpa CTC to average package be 2.5lpa CTC, with profiles of assistance and associates. Atleast 30% students get placed on average. My plans are based on Learning in different ways.

Our college provides a placement cell which helps you to get a good placement in well-known companies like HCL, FLIPKART, INFOSYS, WIPRO etc. Most of the students get placed. The average package is likely to be 4.5LPA

I chose ABES Engineering College over other options due to its balanced academics, location adv, and stable placements.
