Remarks

Need more interaction with placement members to give huge number of packages and placement seats . not much remarks observed by me.

Entrance Preview

Emcet exam. Based on my rank I got seat in vaagdevi college. In selection of course I discussed with my family . they adviced me to go through civil engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

I never thought I would love civil engineering but after started my career in civil , I really loved to built-up myself in this course.

Internships Opportunities

The minimum stipend was 5000/- for the internship conducted in our college. We attended lot more workshops . faculty really helps in every corner

Placement Experience

Companies are not upto the number of students in college. Even through we got placed in good places all over there India . need more to come

College Events

Night party on fest and stalls on fest days really fun for students. Celebrates attend to function really boosts people. Traditional day was well palned and successful every time

Fee Structure And Facilities

65000/- tuition 14000/- bus fee 1500/- for sem exam fee. Library fee 1500/- for four years. Workshop and internship fee was based on project.

Fees and Financial Aid

State government gives scholarship which required and college them self collects the money from government. College don't give loan for students.

Campus Life

Kabadi and chess competition are regularly conducted in self college's . more games are normally palyed as other colleges. Faculty also mingle in some cases.

Hostel Facilities

I don't stay in hostel . but I know the rooms and beds are very perfect. Food was main plus point in hostel. No other college had grate gusture as we have.

Alumni/Alumna

When we are out going batch we were spacially interacted with alumni and senior faculty. Even with parents for further plans in future of same course .

Exam Structure

Sem exams are always well palned and conducted with great time table . which we will get sufficient time for next exam. Mid exams are sometimes feels tired.

Faculty

Our branch have PhD faculty. With good experience and some of them are worked as govt employees. They are good at their respective subjects.

Worth considering for your tech career

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Relevant and practical experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

Before joining I thought it would be like any other engineering college where we just study for exams. But after coming here, I felt it's a bit different. We do have theory classes, but there are also coding sessions, projects and assignments almost every week. Sometimes it gets a little hectic but I think it's actually helping us learn better. The syllabus feels relevant.

A valuable four year journey

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has been a nice mix of theory and practical work. We don't just sit through lectures all day there are coding sessions, projects, assignments, and hands on activities that make the subjects easier to understand. It feels like you are learning skills that you'll use later. One thing I noticed after joining is that the classes don't feel the same every day. Some days are regular lectures while on others we are working on coding problems, assignments or small projects. That change keeps things interesting.

I think IN-campus Placements are the best thing that this college may offer.This is one of the top college in Telangana so almost every top company gives a chance to this college companies like Cisco, Insfosys, TCS, Cognizent, Accenture and many more.The highest package is 34LPA last year 2024, and the average is 7LPA i think.I think almost 60 to 70 percentage of people get place in the companies.I plan to get place in the top most comnmpany in the Telanagana after getting degree.

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
