Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and the faculty members are good vit has a wide range of courses. In vit there is system called ffcs where you have to choose what courses you'll be taking and what faculties will you be taking for the semester.
Placement Experience
The placements this year is bad because of recession there not a lot of companies visiting the college. Preference is according to cgpa first the 9 pointers will get the chance and after them 8 pointers and so on.
Fees and Financial Aid
In vit the fee structure is divided into categories, fee starts from 2,00,000 and goes upto 5,00,000 per year. For campus placements you need to have good cgpa so that you can get opportunities while the companies are coming very often.
Campus Life
The life here is good. There are many clubs and chapters in VIT which will conduct events regularly throughout the semester so there will be something going on every time. It is managed that one should be part of a club for one year.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is neat compared to what state hostels provide but the fee is also comparatively high. There is laundry service in the hostel itself. There are mainly 2 bed 4 bed rooms available with ac and without ac.
Admission
Because of covid 19, admissions were given on basis of 12th marks and jee percentile. The whole process was online. There is no reservation of any kind in vit. The process is divided into groups based in rankings.
