I like the humble nature of faculty and staff members of campus
Dean and campus director is also cooperative and reachable
I like the ultra modern campus of NfsU and well equipped laboratories

Dislikes

NfsU lacks sports infrastructure which I highly dislike
Being Central University they still charge hefty fee which is not justifiable

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose bsc.llb it's not conventional law course but due to huge future potential that it holds I choose it Our class strength is of 60 ,it enables us to have better teacher and student interaction Almost all faculty hold PhD degree Nfsu examination process is quite transparent and you have to study well to pass the internal and sem exam

Internships Opportunities

In law school of NfsU we have provision to do internship after every semester and college internship cell assist in securing internship at various organisations like GSHRC, NCPCR ,PUCL and various law firm

From penultimate sem students are eligible to get placement offers, Our law school is new so we don't have data but other school of NfsU are performing well Last year highest placement for mtech was 50 lakh and average was 12 lakh

Fees and Financial Aid

After addmission your fee structure won't change but for upcoming batches NfsU reserves right to change the fee structure NfsU don't provides any scholarship on University level but student can avail scheme that is provided by state

Campus Life

We don't have culture of organising annual fest but we do celebrate each major festival We have fully functional library which have all kinds of journals and books NfsU lacks sports infrastructure but we do have sports arena for badminton and table tennis We have many commities and club like sports and culture ,pro bono, debate etc

Admission

In order to take addmission in NfsU law school you have to appear in clat ug, last year cut-off of general was 4400 Application fee is 2000 NfsU provide reservation on the basis of central list of OBC ncl,sc,st and ews Nfsu addmission process is already smooth, doesn't require any improvement

After 4th year, students are eligible to sit for placements. Some students also receive a pre-placement offer in the 4th year itself. The students are first prepared for day zero, i.e., placement day, beforehand by conducting a mock interview, which is a voluntary session conducted by the placement committee. CV Vetting workshops are also conducted in the eighth semester because at the end of the 8th semester, the placements are made where tier-1 companies like Khaitan, AZB Partners, CAM, SAM, Trilegal, etc. In-house firms like Adani, ICICI Bank, Tata, and more come for recruiting students. Some students sit for placement; others who want to prepare for government exams like judiciary, UPSC, Public Prosecutor, etc. refrain from sitting in placements.

A perfect place to study and grow

Remarks:

College timings are morning. Lecturer/professor starts it's teaching sharp 7:30 am. No students allowed after 7:45 for first lectut. 8:35 there is another lecture and 9:45 there is third lecture. After that practical and research related works are there till 1 pm. Infrastructure is good. Environment is good. Staff is supportive. It add value in knowledge. Crowd is fine as students from good college mostly take admission here. Parking facilities are also there. Canteen is there. Principal is also friendly. Girls safety is also there.

The college externally is green, big and beautiful. Internally, the facilities are good and decent. The management is well though it needs to be improved. The environment is healthy. The college needs on work on placement cell.

Remarks:

The college offers courses in Law fraternity in both English as well as regional language. Therefore students from regional language base can also easily understand the lectures delivered. The faculties being supportive can mentor in various feilds.

NFSU GOA REVIEW

This is the only college I found good because there is just 8 NFSU in India and just 6 campuses have BSc MSc integrated course so i found this college good and it is a central government college and it is the only forensic science university found in india where ministry of home affairs are interlinked. I applied to my nearest home town college i was selected there to but the NFSU result cam late due to which i was studying for 3 weeks and then i cracked the NFAT test after which i was admitted to NFSU. There is an Exam NFAT which we need to crack after which we are held at the counselling part which is done in online mode after which you have to pay the amount within 24 hours of counselling session if you cannot pay the required fee your admission is being cancelled and then the another person gets the chance to get admission....Read More
