Research is something which is encouraged and University sponsor money for good project ideas.

Many companies visit and conduct test take people for internships and even there will intern mela in technical fests and recruit lot more for internships. The performance is good on internships . There lot more students attended interviews outside campus and got interns, replicate college caliber of industry ready policy.

Placements are good TCS creates history for taking good no of students and lot more companies come recruite huge people. Companies like PayPal, Microsoft , Mu sigma visit campus regularly. Even companies like Zoho offers internships in 3rd year. Even students provided internships by various companies in college fests conducting hackathons and lot more.

Three main cultural events kuruksastra for cultural , Daksh for technical and colloseum for the sports fest and lot more department fest internally to cater student fraternity.The cultural fest is 2nd biggest in southern part of India.The best aprt is only students organise those and every year it's a great success and future fests well designed and guided.

Yeah fees structure is feasible and not at all expensive overall a year costs less than 2 lakhs less then IIT and other colleges like VIT, SRM etc The semester fees is 75 k .The hostel costs around 35 k for year. If he or she opts out of college it costs bit more.

There will get club for everything in SASTRA. From maths to robotics.From drama to programming what not every filed has club in SASTRA even for space related club also present in campus and gender ratio is equal as there will be a male and female heads to lead clubs to create diversified environment.

In the campus to cater the needs of the people like single, double and four shared room to various category of students and mess food is decent caters both north and southern students. the average rent for the year is 10,000 and mess bill needs to be paid for the month will be around 4000 to 3500.

The exam structure has 3 monthly fee structure called CIA and one final semester exam the two good monthly tests taken into account and 10 marks given for students performance in college. I applied to college filling application downloaded from SASTRA website www.sastra.edu and paid some amount nearly 750 rupees .After some days I got a call for counseling which will be shared sastra website (check frequently). I went there not many present there 220 people before me and I got EEE on rank basis.we should take DD of first semester fees and hostel fees if needed which will be shared in SASTRA website.

Faculty in each department are experienced one with PhDs and master's degree and they do research .so it will be helpful to students with their experience they can be more proactive In research and achieve good careers. They teach digitally and even they make factory visits and make us to. learn better.
