Infrastructure, atmosphere, teaching, club activities,fest and cultural programs.
Sports facilities and good ground maintenance and good maintenance of labs

Dislikes

Method of examination like most of the exams are conducted through online.
Online exams are not good and all are coping using ai.
I dislike some of the faculties who doesn't teach well

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose computer science.The package and academic infrastructure, faculty influenced me to take this course. The timings of exams are good and difficulty level is medium. There should be a lot of improvement in subjects related to computer science and the lab activity should be improved

Internships Opportunities

I am pursuing my first year in this University. And I don't know about them now. But I know that internship opportunities are quite good at the university. And the stipend upto 30000 will be provided.there are so many projects.

Placement Experience

The 3rd and 4th year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies like Google,jp Morgan,Wipro, Microsoft, Infosys,TCS ... are visited to the campus. There should more than 500 offers were made. 80% of the student are getting placed. My plan is to work for gaming companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee through srmjee for an individual candidate is more than 3.5lakhs per year. And those students who joined through ap eamcet entrance exam , their tution fee will be 95500. There is a scholarship programs for NRI students And for eamcet students,the government of ap will give scholarship every year

Campus Life

The campus live is somewhat going good. The fests(aloha) and cultural activities (infinitus) are conducted twice in a year. The clubs are going good. There will be one sports fest in a year. And the infrastructure is very awesome.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are very good. The maintenance of hostels is very good. The food items provided are very healthy. You have to register through your portal for registration of hostel. There are more no of sharing rooms available in hostels like 2,3,4,5,8,10. There will be a bed,fan and Air conditioner in the room.

Hostel Fee: INR 130000 per year

Admission

I got the admission through eamcet. i got 7k rank in eamcet entrance examination. it is a private university.reservation helps you to get admission easily though you got higher rank. The other kind of admission is through srmjee.you can also take admission through srmjee but tution fee will be more around 3-4lakhs

The placements of students are managed by VIIT Training and Placement (T & P) cell, guiding the students, being supportive, conducting aptitude and coding sessions time-to-time. Students are eligible to placements from the end of 6th semester. Top recruiters like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Deloitte visit regularly. Packages range from 3.5 - 10 LPA. Highest package was offered by Amazon i.e. 50 LPA, to the CSE graduate. Average package CTC ranges from 4-5 LPA. 85 % of students gets placed. My plans after the degree is not yet decided, I may secure a job or gonna opt for higher studies.

So probably my course is cyber security. It helps me more and grow in society for a better gentleman in society like the cyber security helps more in society by stopping cyber crimes. Cyber thefts etc. It's also teaches the Bitcoin and trading course especially they teach how to deal with market. The cyber security has a opportunity by entering department of police by doing tracking activities and surfing in websites and stopping cyber crimes in surrounding areas. After completing my intermediate I have applied for sastra University Thanjavur,SRM AP,VIT AP. However I couldn't get into sastra as I didn't get a CSE seat in it due to less marks and regional difference. Compared to VIT and SRM I thought SRM is better as it has better infrastructure, placements and good faculty. Students can get admission either through SRMJEEE or EAMCET . There is no cutoff rank for students through SRMJEEE. Cutoff for Students through EAMCET changes according to their caste.
