Entrance Preview
Kerala Entrance Exam. KEAM I score 660 on 960. And I got a rank of 1414. I opt this college because it's one of the best colleges in Kerala which provide better education and placement. And it's right in Trivandrum city. It's a dream of almost all engineering seeking student in Kerala to get into this college. It's ranked with in 100 by MHRD.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college provides various courses including Architecture MBA MCA And PG along with Btech. The. Course for one year is completed according to the academic calendar of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
Placement Experience
The college provides placement cell for molding students for placement procedures. The college provides good placement. In the year 2017-2018 2 of the students were placed for 40 lakhs per annum. One of them is the place to Adobe. Royal Enfield Byju's app Accenture MRF Infosys TCS etc are the major companies who recruit students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is low as compared to any other college in INDIA. Only 8825 rupees is the fee. And an additional of 2000-5000 is to be remitted. For SC-ST they need not pay the fees. So the fee is so feasible for even a low background family so their children are able to study in one of the best colleges in India.

A lot of scholarships are provided at the. College. E-grants is one of the common scholarship provided at college. Loan facilities are also provided at the college.
Campus Life
Most of the students in the college are Boys. The ratio of girls is less. Only around 500 girls are at the college in a total number of 3000+ students. The college physical education department provides wide opportunities for the students to get into the college team like cricket football volleyball even softball is also in the college. Many debate competition and robotic competition is also provided during fest and students went to IITs for a robotics competition.
Hostel Facilities
The most attractive element of CET is its hostel. MH that is Men's Hostel comprises of around 400 students. Each room consists of 2 students. The food provided in the hostel is one of the best around any hostel around the campus Ladies hostel comprises of 800 students. A new block is inaugurated in 2018. Each room consists of 4 students.
Alumni/Alumna
The CETAA ie; CET Alumni Association, it is an association formed by ex CETians. The front Golden Walkway was laid down by these alumni association. They also provide funds for tech fest Drishti and Dhwani.
Exam Structure
The exams are done according to the academic calendar of KTU. Two series test are completed before the Semester Examination. The exam pattern is also followed according to KTU.
Admission
I got admission here through Kerala Entrance Examination,KEAM. First of all mark of the entrance exam is published. After a week we need to submit our Physics Chemistry and Mathematics marks are to be added on to the site of KEAM. The by the mid week of June the rank list is published. My rank was 1414 After a few days the notification for submitting options is released in the site, so that we can place our options accordingly.After a week tge allotment list is published. I got admission at College Of Engineering Trivandrumin the second allotment. After the allotment we have to pay the fee via SBI Bank. With the copy of the chellan from the Bank we have to go to the college along with the 10th and 12th certificates and TC from the school. Along with few passport size photo. There were help desk provided at the college, so it's so convenient for us to fill up.the form. The forms along with the cirtificates are to be placed in a cover provided at the college. Then we were sent of CCF room where all the details are feed in computer and we need to confirm the details. From there we proceed to payment section were some other fee like library fee sports fee fest fee are to be remitted. The particular bills were provided accordingly. Thus the admission process is completed.
Faculty
The faculty in the college is well qualified and experienced and dedicated. They provide maximum support and help in both educational and extracurricular activities. They provide a well interactive class so we can ask any form of the doubt without any shy. They also provide digital classes. So the teaching standard is of high.
