Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum is very precise and thoughtfully crafted considering it is an HR specialization course. Marketing, The next three semesters we have HR Specific subjects such as Learning and development, Performance management, Employee engagement, HR analytics, Compensation and benefits, and various other topics.

Internships Opportunities

5

Our placement committee is very hardworking and everyone gets placed eventually. We get opportunities in almost all the sectors such as FMCG, Finance, Heatlhcare, IT sector, etc. Some of the companies are KPMG, Morgan Stanley, HDFC Ergo, Aditya Birla Capital, Piramal Finance ,NPCI, HPCL, DXC technologies, etc

Placement Experience

5

the placements in our college are pretty good as compared to the fees we pay. highest package of my colegge is 7lpa nad lowest pacage of my clg i 4LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for our course if 355000 for general candidates, and 354000 for OBC candidates, 350000 for Other castes than the given before. The fee structure is fairly divided as per the rules and there no extra money demanded for any of the procedures.

Campus Life

5

It was my dream to join JBIMS and once I was in the college, the induction was very rigorous and new to me, which gave me a taste of MBA life and it was a draning process, after which we had freshers party, then there were committee selection processes . I am the part of SAC and we act as CR during this whole time.

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostel facility is very affordable, good hygenic place, near to college, and the best part is that it is in front of the marine drive. The rooms are spacious, and it is 3 sharing room where each student is given separate bed, table, chair, and almirah. The washrooms are cleaned daily. The workers are also good and warden mam is also helpful.

Admission

The admission process was very smooth and it consisted of 2 rounds- 1. Written test round (100 marks) 2. In Person assessment (100 marks) It was a fair process and was conducted very smoothly this year as compared to earlier years My Score in CET was 99.32 percentile and in JBIMS Enrance test was 74.25.

Interview Experience

5

My topic in GD was Women Empowerment and measures to increase the awareness about the same. In my panel the number of students were 15 and we were given initial 2 topics and out of that we had to decide on which one to select.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

College management is not that good, which I felt is need to be improved. making everything student centric makes it difficult for students as well as college to be organised.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

The university gives you a great exposure to shape up your life for a great future. There's absolutely no racism and everyone is treated equally. This is the only institute in pune where girls and boys are found in almost equal numbers. In fact girls are encouraged to become entrepreneurs.
