Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is relevant to the current market and the knowledge provided is sufficient to the course. There is a lack in real world application of the course outcomes. Exams are taken in every one month of the sem.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

From the seventh sem student become eliglble for the placement. Companies visited are accenture, unthinkable, amazon, kpmg etc. Highest package is 12 lpa and lowest is 3.5 lpa. 85 percent students get the placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is fine for a private engineering college. There was no hike in the fees during academic years. Scholarships are offered under certain criteria. Not mandantory charges are not aksed during the semester. Staff is cooperarive.

Campus Life

One technical and one cultural fest is held every year. The library has a sufficient amount of books and a good environment to study and focus. Each classroom has projectors. Sports events are conducted from time to time.

Admission

The admission process was good and feasible. The Admission cell was amiable to talk to and friendly. The faculty in the first year is up to mark and teaching skills are good. Overall the professor of the CSE department are helpful and qualified.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum for tech branches still need to be improved as many important courses are not taught due to lack of faculties. The college still lacks necessary required labs for many branches which can give students hands on experience and make them industry ready. The exam occours timely as mentioned in academic calendar and are moderately difficult.

students from 6th sem are elligible for the campus placements , very less tech companies visit in our campus that are also local companies offering 3 lpa apx package , non tech companies visit the campus more , offering upto 7 8 lpa , companies are Jaro education , geeksforgeeks ,HCLtech , superhouse etc etc, approx 15 16 students got selected by a company , the average package are offered are 4.5lpa and max according to be is 9 lpa , oncampus offer students are mainly placed through off campus at good package like 6lpa , 16 lpa , 20lpa , oncampus is maximus 7lpa apx 25% students are placed on campus 10 11% offcampus

Placement at KIT is decent . If you have have good CGPA and good knowledge of of subjects you can get a decent package . From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements.There are various companies which visit the college for Ex: Infosys, TATA, Wipro , Josh technologies , Ambrane and many other small companies. Highest package offered is 18LPA. MY plan after the completion of the is to try for off campus for better opportunity and package.

Remarks:

Our college is developing so with the passage of time its facilities are increasing enormously. And more over our college is very good with supportive facalities and good classmates too. The one small bad thing for our college is that the transportation. Its some what poor.
