Course Curriculum Overview
As we know that the computer science field is booming and i think the curriculum is good enough to make any body proficient for the particular domain. The curriculum is systematically organised and all the subject are according to the altu syllabus. The areas that can be improved is that teh college must have most coding classes as compared to the subject oriented courses.
Internships Opportunities
There are various training and internship programs are offered in the college, these opportunities are provided just after the end of semester exams. The student work on various projects that is the part of the curriculum that need to be submitted as mini project and major project.
Placement Experience
The placement of the collage has been decreased after the period of corona and the avg package of the collage for cse branch is around 5 lakh per annum. Their are soo many companies which visit the collage campus for placements some of the companies are hcl,amazon etc. the highest package of the collage is 50 lpa which was in microsoft. The percentage of students getting placed is around 80 percent.
Fees and Financial Aid
The annual fee for btech students is around 1.3 lakh. I am not sure about the increase rate of the fee but it increases for around 3k. Taking about the complete cost of education is around 6 lakh and hostel is around 4 .5 lakh. Scholarship and other financial aids are also available for the students.overall comparing with the other 3 tier collages this collage is quite good
Campus Life
The collage organises lots of fests and events annually their are several technical as well as cultural fest organised . Talking about the liberary books are easily available. The facilities in the classroom is good the classrooms are air conditioned. Their are several students run groups and portals the some of the clubs are aptifiesta,aptismart etc
Hostel Facilities
The hostel of imsec is a great place the hostel is very clean and tidy. The rooms are equipped with wifi facility and washing clothes washing machines are available the most important thing i like in the hostel is the sanitation of the collage the rooms are cleaned daily. Talking about the food i think you will be surprised by the quality of the food firstly i thought that the quality will not be nice but the menu was soo nice . I think hostel is the best option if you are living in this area the pgs will also cost around 10k a month.
Admission
I have taken admission in Btech in computer science and engineering branch through jee mains entrance examination. The eligibility of the course was 80% in jee mains for the cse branch.For finding the application form , application fees and application dates, one can contact to the Registrar department of the college. They provide all the necessary details regarding the same. They conduct Class tests very frequently and the difficulty level of the exams is also regarding the level of the University exams. Student gets a complete insight of the question levels after attempting all the class tests of the college. For improvement in the admission process , advertisement can be made more appealing so that a wider audience came to know about the college and its activities and placement regarding information.the other improvements that can bedone is the infrastructure for example liberary can be made bigger and other infrastructural development is much needed in the college.
