Inside VIT AP

Our college has fully flexible credit system, from which students can choose their own faculty and courses by their own. Curriculum gives us every thing we need to the placement. The project has to be done and the internship is also mandatory, which is very useful for our placements. There is nothing to be improved more, there are all good teaching methods amd good course curriculum. The exams will be conducted too fast, like if mid1 and mid2 will be conducted with just a gap of one month. There will be no gap between two exams even for final sem exams. The backlog fee is too high. The difficulty level is average. Teachers teaches very well every one are highly graduated and we can learn many things from them.

College will provide many international internships with MNCs. Internship can be done in summer break given by college. The stipend is 100000. This is the information I know about internships. These are the internship opportunities provided.

From 7th semester students will be eligible for campus placements. Amazon, Microsoft, JP Morgan, Cisco are some of the major recruiting companies. There are 904 recruiters. Highest package is 3400000 and the average package is 800000. Approximate percentage is 80. My plans is to attend the placements and to get the job with good package.

Tution fee for a EAMCET student is 70000. The complete cost of education including tution, service fees like hostel fees will be approximately 200000. There are no other compulsory charges. There are no scholarships and financial aid available. There is no campus employment.

There will be many fests conducted some of the main fests are technical fest Vtapp and cultural fest Vitopia. Many celebrities will be coming to the cultural fest. Vitopia will be conducted in March it may vary year by year. There are many books and journals in the library. Everyday newspapers will also be there in library. Previous question papers will be there in the digital library. Every classroom will have a projector and a white board. Biometric attendance will be taken in classroom. There are many sports and activities in college. Continuous sports competitions will be conducted with other colleges. There is a badminton court and a huge ground. There are numerous clubs in which students can be part of. There are technical clubs from which their skills can be improved.

There are both AC and NonAc rooms provided. Everyday rooms will be cleaned by the workers appointed separately for that purpose. Washrooms will be cleaned thrice a day. The maintenance is very good. There are three types of mess options available, veg nonveg and special. The food items and quality of food is good. They will provide fruits everyday. Milk will be provided three times a day, morning, evening and night. Overall mess will be good. The hostel will be given by them in the first year based on the rank we got and based on our preference. NonAC rooms are very affordable but AC rooms are a bit expensive.

There are two options to join to VIT AP. First one is through VITEEE and the other one is through EAMCET. I have joined VIT AP through AP EAMCET. Cut-off for the course is 16000 rank in EAMCET for my caste and female reservation. I got seat in second counselling. The first counseling cut-off was 15400. As the admission through EAMCET is completely dependent on Government it was delayed a bit compared to admission to VITEEE. College will start the classes before completing of the second and third counselling conducted by AP government.
