Sports game should be held for the students for getting more chancr
Faculties are good that help in the classes and prepare us for our placements
Students can go the dean office and meet with the dean if there should be any problem regarding anything

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because it has the more scope for future requirenments of the company . In the real world my course mainly teaches software devlopment that help in more knowledge about computers.

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

No tution fees no increases yearly . The complete fees of ours is about 9 lakhs . The foreign students got the scholarship from our universty m our universty take the genuine fees from us and also give the scholarship to that student whose parents sallary is less than 6 lakhs per annum .

Campus Life

Many types of fest and events our occured in our college . Their are mainly two festive season ie. Jashan and youth fest . Our universty library is the biggest library in the north campus and having different types of books . Our college also get the award from the president for the sports .

Admission

The eligibilty criteria of the course is jee mains. We find thr application form , fees , dates from GNDU Site (gndu.ac.in). The 15 percent seats are already reserved for outside students from punjab abd rest of the seats for the punjab student.

An honest look at campus

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro,cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed.The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

SLIET longowal has well structured curriculum as per new education policy with well structured labs. to prepare for real world, college provide funds for startup and also motivate students to gain industry exposure. Many improvements can be done in curriculum like integration of cutting edge technologies, smart board, digital labs. There are three exams per semester two minors which take place in month of august and september and major or end sem exam in month of october, the timing of exam was from 1 pm to 4 pm. the difficulty level of exam is moderate

Placement Experience:

Placements in lovely professional university is decent and dont know much about it as i am in 1st year only but there were mandatory Placement classes for all which you need to select in 1st year only for which you need to pay extra 20k for the classes.

Remarks:

Good staff are very nice and supportive nature. There are not any faculty problem. Functions are organized in a very large scale which is very good. Ragging are strictly banned in college which is very good for fresher students. BAD: lack of equipment and machines in labs. Lack of practical knowledge for students.

Basically, I heard about this university from my friends and then I filled online form for the entrance test. this entrance is based on the +2 syllabus .. around 2000 students fill this test and around 200-300 will take good ranks and take admissions.
