Large campus of 640 acres , Different department in different blocks with multiple courses
Cooperative faculty and good infrastructure, Good canteens in different blocks with good option of food
Natural beauty of Jammu , , ISRO AND DRDO in university

Dislikes

University is in village so there is an transportation issue
Some blocks are far so there is an issue to go from one department to another
University is under construction, so there is issue for ground

First of all it's a central university and have ISRO AND DRDO , you can get internship in isro and. DRDO ,a large campus with multiple courses , A very good and cooperative Faculty,The conductivity of exam is twice a semester

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placement from 3rd year , there is no such placement record in college as engineering has started before two years, MTECH student's package is good and decent . But I hope the placement of btech will be good

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees is decent as compare to other private college and government college . The scholarship you can get in this college is national scholarship scheme and also a state government scholarship if available.

The annual festival take place in our college is UDAAN , that helds in the month of February every year , the sports competition organise by the college authorities is hostel meet and combatica every year , there are lot of student run group and clubs

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is very awesome and the maintenance is also very good ,the cost of hostel is 2000 per month , and the meal provided by them is also very good as compare to others , mess fees of the hostel is also 3000 per month , if a student take PG or rent room then he has to travel a lot for market

Hostel Fee: INR 12000 per year

Admission

Student must passed 12th with PCM and Must have valid JEE main score , you can take admission through SPOT ROUND if you don't get any seat through JOSAA or CSAB . You have to score 80+ percentile if you are from general category

Placement Experience:

In 7th semester student become eligible for placement. The companies visited are L &T for civil which is big company and select many students, jsw for mechanical and increff , paypal , microsoft, visa ,make my trip for IT and CSE

My best college

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in 8th semester. Companies like L&T construction, Ambuja cement, tata , wipro, jio , Berger, infosys, IBM and many more visit the college. Highest package is around 17 LPA and average package is around 5 LPA . Almost 30 percent students get placement. My plan is to get off campus placement.

The placement of our college is Average and the students are eligible in 7 semester for placement. If the student has any backlog in any of the semester they can't sit in the college placement and also it has minimum criteria of 6.5 cgpa. The percentage of students getting placement is very low sadly

The placement at my college are fairly strong, with a focus on proving opportunities for student in both technical field and non-technical fields. various reputed companies visit our campus for placement like TCS, infosys, and many more.The highest package aroun INR 40 LPA. the majority of the offers are for cybersecurity. My plan is for business after the degree.

Remarks:

The positive of this college is that the environment is academic friendly and there is a level of strictness maintained by the college authorities. Lack of modern infrastructure and absence of various general and academic facilities hampers the ideal college life of balancing the knowledge and enjoying the college time.

Review about Shri mata vaishni devi university

Remarks:

The university is situated in the Trikuta foothills and is 80 km away from the main Jammu city so one has to bear that because everything is not available sometimes. Electricity is 24×7 and the weather is awesome.

Remarks:

Little partiality with some students and once teachers find u little mis behaving, They start hating u And give u good marks, Not a good infrastructure and not a good campus view. Very much constrution needed. And very less courses Offered.

The eligibility of the course is that you have to crack JEE-mains exam and with counselling you can get admission to this college. For the residentials of Jammu the lateral entries are made available with certain criteria. The application form and every small details can be taken from the official website of cuj. This website is provided with some contact number to whom you can contact for further details. Here there is no reservation benefits as the admission is done on the basis of common rank list(crl). The exam level are from moderate to difficult. Where the question from basic are asked to make base strong whereas critical thinking questions are also involved.
