What Students Say

Likes

the campus is pretty good and its neat and clean.
its located in the area from where everything is accessible
the hostel life of the college is pretty good

Dislikes

the campus is very small and there is nothing much to do around here
the method of teaching is very poor and academic pressure is there a lot
this college has a uniform which is very disappointing

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

the course curriculum is upto date and consists of almost every subjects that might have importance in the industrial field.it prepares us very well for the real world.there might be certain improvemnts in the field of coding and well as communication skills.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

there a lot of internship opportunites available to the students from second year onwards if the students have the required skills they can easily get them.various companies visit the campus to provide placement opprotunites.

Placement Experience

4.5

the placements of this college are pretty good as compared to the other private colleges adn the college itself trains almost all the students so that they can get the required placement.students become eligible for the placements after 3rd year

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee stucture consists of a yearly fees of around 2.5lacs for a total of 4 years and there are as such no scholarships available to the students but there is some financial asssitance for the ews and the campus provides great employement opportunities.

Campus Life

the campus life is pretty boring as the campus is very small and the clubs are usually not active here.the social life of this college is very boring but the infrasture is pretty good and clean.there are two fests that are held every year.

Admission

the admission process was quite smooth there was no such problem. The application process was just simple filling of the form provided by the college and submitting it on arrival then we were alloted our branches on the basis of our jee marks or 12th board marks. Students had to give jee mains to qualify for the same. The information about the application form, fees and dates were all available on their website. Reservations are available for sc/st, kashmiri migrants, etc, however i did not avail any. The exams are held thrice per semester which is normal for an engg college, and the timings are quite manageable, and they are not very easy though. The admission process was good, so no improvements re needed according to me.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I applied to the northcap university in gurgaon and i was selected there but after talking to students there and looking at the average package of the college i chose jiit being it close to metro station also it is in a good location too. Main reason was fro choosing jiit was also that i didn't had good jee rank to get accepted in the good government colleges. i also got into ipu but again the placements stats influenced me alot...Read More
