I choose ECE as my course.Initially i it was very good and study going good, but after 1 years the subjects becomes tougher and tougher. So, you have to hard work to passed or clear the semester. As far Practical learning is concern, in our college labs are not upto the standard. They are okay. During your 2 months industrial training , we made a project on traffic light
No internship is provided by the college neither no guidance.Only 2 months industrial training was provided after the 1st year of B.Tech which was wasted of time only.No stipend nor knowledge is provided to the students.Just attendance were counted here
This is the worst thing that our college placement drive was very bad.Although they called many companies for the placement drive but most of them are average companies and they offer nothing. About 20-30 students are placed. No major companies were visited the campus. 1 Lacs is the average package.
Fee structure was good. As i got admission in Fee Waiver Quota so for me the fee structure was very good. Fee structure is quite similar with nearby colleges. So, you can fee structure is not too much high or not too much low.
As far hostel is concern, i was a day scholar. So, i hadn't experienced hostel life. Therefore i can't explain about hostel life style. But yes i had so many college mates who used to live in hostel. So they have told many cons and prons about hostel life. According to my hostel friends the hostel was okay. Not so bad and not so good. For Non - AC Hostel room: 26k per semester For Non - AC Hostel room: 30k per semester Food was okay and average.
As we all know in college culture no one restricted you to study. it totally depends upon each individual interest or willing. Faculty are average in our college. Some of teacher were good and their way of was very understandable. But not all the faculty members were good. Some of were fresher and they recently had passed their graduation. Yes, all teachers were very co operative and you have any questions you can them anytime. They will always guide or suggest
From semester 6th onwards I think the placement is offered. Students with minimum approved CGPA and no backlogs get placed. About 80% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered to date is 42 LPA, and last year, the highest salary package offered was 22 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Amazon, Bosch Engineering and TCS. Internships are mandatory for students, and about 60% of the students did paid internships. Others also did unpaid internships. Local companies and companies like TCS and TM have regularly taken most of the students. Customer or tech support, junior software developer and HR are some of the common roles offered. Around 40-50% of the students graduating in the 2021 year got placed till now. Less number of companies came this year for the cybersecurity branch in B.Tech (CSE). The highest salary package offered in Lovely Professional University is around 14-15 LPA.
Placements are quite good here as if we compare it to other colleges. It has the highest package of 42 lakhs and average CTC of 6 lakhs in BTech CSE. Some of our alumni are in Google, Microsoft and other big tech giants. LPU also holds the record for most placements in a day that is 1600. So if you are hardworking and dedicated to your goal you will definitely achieve big from this university.
Still, I am alone with campus placement because I am a first-year student but your past your a girl in Tanya Arora got 4200000 off-campus placement in Microsoft also of that that if you work hard for that you have to manage your cgpa around 782 8.5 every time to sit with the campus placement and the big companies and also the bus companies come in the college.
There is a special department alloted for placement. Every year various MNCs like Google Microsoft Apple HCl Infosys Facebook, etc come on campus take the placement drives. Highest package 45 lack per annum. Lowest: 5 lack per annum Average: 15 lack per annum. Almost 80% gets placement other 20% opt for masters.
Everyone's dream to take a huge CTC or placements are product-based companies like Amazon Microsoft google can be done here as I have heard many of them getting placed in big companies every year and our sir has also told us that this year's highest package is somewhere about 54lakhs per annum so yeah thats huge but dont dream now because the avg package is only 4 lakhs and persons who get above 20 lakhs are actual geeks as they know very much everything about coding and applications so if you want to be that great you have to give every aspect as this is not going to be cheap.
There are lots of criteria available for the placement you firstly maintenance your attendance and your performance which matter to you got sat on placement or not. Lpu try their best to everyone got the placement but everything depends on student performance. Students should maintain a minimum 6 cgpa and 75 percent attendance. I want to become software developer.
As I told before that more than 100's of companies visit. So, the placement ratio is also high probably. The highest package is 29lacs per anum. Offered by a company. And the average package is 3lacs. After getting a degree my dream is to be a member of a popular company like google.
From the very beginning of the 6th semester which means 3rd year, you will be eligible for the campus placements almost all 550+ companies including product-based and service-based will be visiting campus every year, The only thing you have to do is to have a piece of very good knowledge of computer languages and some theory subjects which faculty will be teaching you and you will get into product-based companies like Amazon. If you are not exceptionally well at computer languages only you have is good basic knowledge in any one of the computer languages and theory subjects like DBMS, computer networks still you will be placed in a very good service based company like Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. with the decent package And one must maintain a minimum of 6.5cgpa to sit in the placements
Although I'm a 1st-year student I heard all about the high placements offered to the students or grabbed by them both on-campus and off-campus. The students are generally able to apply for the placements after 3rd year for B.Tech students. Every year 500+ companies visit campus for recruitments and thanks to the T&P management team, its gradually increasing every year. The highest package offered last year was 42L. Due to a large student quantity, it is generally a bit hard to grab a high placement but if you are able to manage being in the top 10 student of your section then a high placement is waiting for you.
