Course Curriculum Overview

B.E. is pretty good here as from what I hear about other university. Yeah there is a whole lot of focus on practical learning we have good practical lab and practical course lined up here.

Internships Opportunities

No,internship program is not organised till date but it was being planned in the recent past so hoping it will be provided to the student as far as i know whenever there is a internship program it will be amazing because the faculty here is great to work under with.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement is very good, here placement drive starts from the seventh semester throughout till the end of eighth semester. Microsoft, google,Infosys,IBM,Wipro,Oracle,Unisys and other cooperative giants are at our campus for placement drives. The average package is around 5 LPA

Fee Structure And Facilities

We have affordable fees structure here which follows academic fees=64500 hostel fees=75000 these are the figure of 2016-2020 batch which is constant throughout the course there is slight increment in fees every year for the upcoming batch

Faculty

3.5

For the first two years the faculty is not that experienced but qualified after that faculty is amazing every faculty is very interactive with very good environment.

my overall experience at the college has been good so far
the faculty members are generally helpful
campus life is active with various cultural and technologies events

Dislikes

one thing i feel can be improved is the amount of pratical and industry oriented learning
some claases can be more theroy oriented so more hands on activities and pratical sessions would be beneficial
during major events and peak hours the campus become crowded

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum is realvent and fairly comprehensive i choose computer science engineering because it covers importnt ares such as programming data structures data base software development and emerging technologies

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.
