Internships Opportunities

Saint Gobain, Daimler truck provides intership with stipend around 25k and better project Summer internship are provided but the students need to find and the college will help in providing internship

Placement Experience

4th year students are eligible for placement L&T, Saint Gobain, Fleet management, JSW, Deloitte, TCS, TATA elexi, around 60 students in mechanical engineering are placed. 8 lpa by jsw is the highest 50% students are placed My plan is to join merchant Navy

College is run by Kerala govt and provide scholarship for students, fee structure is less compared to the nits and pvt. College. E grants, ffe, hope etc are the scholarship provided. College is student friendly and affordable to study

Campus Life

Technical fest Drishti Cultural fest Dhwani Both these fest has a footfall of around 50k and there are lot of clubs and community run by the students in the college like. NSS, NCC, Folium, Heracles, Excelerators, Film society etc.

Admission

12th grade with a good rank around 6000 in KEAM entrance exam Exam is conducted every year in May.is an entrance examination series for admissions to various professional degree courses in the state of Kerala, India. It is conducted by the Office of the Commissioner of Entrance Exams run by the Government of Kerala.

My Review about MDIT Kozhikode

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is excellent because it contains so many informative ideas and the practical lab is the best. I chose this course to get an idea about the civil engineering field and i m satisfied with it. The faculty members are very supportive and helpful. The student ratio is very low. Faculties at our college are MTech holders and PHD also. There will be two series exams and one university exam in each semester and there are eight semesters in Btech.

Life at CET

This college is the best government college in Kerala. It has been consistently first in KIRF ranking. It has very cheap fees. The campus is very beautiful and spacious (about 200 acres). My best choice of colleges very IITs and NITs like most people. I couldn't crack JEE. I only applied to this college because I had very high ranking in KEAM exam and was confident of acceptance. KEAM exam is a lot easier to crack than JEE. It has basic higher secondary school syllabus. To get my course you would have to be around 700th rank. To get other courses in my college you can have rank as low as 20k....Read More

Good the questions are well organised and quality of questions were good

This college rank first in kerala and is well known for its teaching and other cocurricular activities thus i prefer cet.
