Course Curriculum Overview

The institute have more experience lecture which drive me to join the course. After the course, through this institute it really helps me in my career and advanced me in further exams. The area that can be improved is practical classes.

The companies that offers specially for technical students is site works. As a trainee engineers or supervisors. Some companies even offer better jobs but the seat is very limited. So only few students gets placement.

Placement Experience

After clearing 7th semester the campus interview usually gets in. Every year 100th of companies offers jobs to students. The highest offer till date was around 5 to 7 lakh. The percentage of students gets placement is around 30.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees changes yearly, so one should always update from official website. The complete course fee was around 2,40,000. Usually students gets scholarship base on government around 30000 to 35000.

Campus Life

Institute have a good numbers of functions and festive, but the best festive falls in the month of February. When it comes to library it serves students as a decent books. The class rooms have ACs fan and projectors which is almost complete for students needs.

Admission

Minimum eligible criteria for admission test is 45 % and it's not so tough. The application forms is available on the college website including date and fees.Thers is no reservations, it first come first basis. The timing of exams usually starts in the mids of the year. They should focus more on asisting students while admission process.

Placements are good . Around 60% students gets placed. More than 250+ companies visits. Many students are preferring DS and Non Tech roles after graduation ( for core branches ) and they are getting good opporutunities in them aswell.

A chapter of growth, my college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

See I had the passion for civil since my 10th std. I am really happy about my course . Because there are many job opportunities in govt sector in Assam. I like the teachers of my dept but some are not that friendly . Maybe it depends upon their mood sometimes I don't know really . The civil course is practical it's enjoyable. I would have liked it more if it would had more placement opportunities on campus . Otherwise it's fine

The placement is quite good in my college. In 7 th semester the placements start and the package goes from 16lpa to 2 cr . About 75 percent student who applied got placed . I want to work in a software firm.

GOOD COLLEGE FOR GOOD PEOPLE

Placement Experience:

In the 4th year, 2nd sem students become eligible for campus interviews and placements. Some big and some companies like Attra infotech and other small companies visited and made offers. This 8 lakh package is the highest. Maximum of 60% of students are getting placements. I am planed to work in tech Mahindra company as a junior engineer.

Remarks:

The college facilitates good infrastructure with spacious libraries, laboratory and playing grounds. It also provides a good faculty with years of experience and degree holders from different universities.

Remarks:

The main negative thing is the college is far away from Guwahati city and the transportation service is not good and the university is also situated on the top of hill , so climbing every day mountain is so painful for legs.

Remarks:

Its a good college. I feel lucky to read on this college. They faculty, the facilities is nice. The environment of the college is very good for education. The management cell of the college is also do grat jobs. But the main problem I have found is placement. According to the other colleges the placement of this college is not so good. If the college can give more placement then it will become a great college. Overall its a great college full of knowledge.
