Course Curriculum Overview

It's bsc course.... That is it's a bachelor of computer science... So it's helpful for me further so I took this course... As Cms course.. The subjects are computer science, maths and statistics.... N I' M happy with it ....it s better course for me....

Yes... The college has provided us with an internship... As intersnshala internships... N I'm going through it... As it helps us... N I'm just a 1 St year student n I still don't no much about it.... Just I had applied for an internship...

I still yet don't any about it... Bcoz I'm a 1 St year student... So I think jobs are also hosted for the best students.... As I had heard the placement had been also done till now... So the jobs offer have been also done in this college. N I'm glad about it...

They celebrate many things at college... As an example any day, fail, sports n many more they too celebrate... N I'm very much happy about it... As few days beforewe had visited Gulbarga for youth fest n participated in that programs.....n although I had been to sports too for many places... Although it's good...

The fee structure for this college is very less than compared to the other colleges at bidar n other places... It's better for the poor people who can't afford for a high fee. it's good for all the people too... N by fewer fees they are getting high knowledge...

I don't no much about it... As I'm a day scholar..... So I don't any much about hostel n all..... N the mess is almost good... But I didn't visit there bcoz I won't get time n I too don't like to go there... That's it... All about I no about the mess.....

Yes... Seniors are also helpful for use... As if we have any sort of a problem if we ask to anybody... Thought every body will help us... It's good....

Exam Structure

The exam style is not much strict... As we all gather n sit in a class... It's a bit strict n it's good... it's not much strict. But it's fun that it's a little bit strict. N it's good for us too .....so although it's NYC... N good college at bidar...

I just admissioned by my percentage.... N then proved all my documents... N that's it....n didn't had any sort Of a problem during my admission.... Just every thing had been good n I'm loving this college....... It's although a good college at bidarr as I said

The faculty are almost good.... Every faculty is best in his own way.. As they help students alot....they dnt just act.. As they teach the best as I feel... As this is the best college at bidar as I no.... N I'm happy with it... The faculty are almost best..

About the college life

Likes

Teacher are well indulged , they help you .
Very good area where students get stuff they need.
Provision of canteen and stationery given

Dislikes

Campus is tooo small for a student to even have lunch
Strict and actively don't support in athletics
Sometimes, dealing with admin-related processes like society budget approval or fest dates approval can be slow and confusing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I got admission in 2024 so BCU started SEP Batch which is totally new , and we really don't find any book to refer on the basis where we don't get help as much as we need and it's new , bsc has alot to do .

IISc at a glance: An Institute with a Legacy of Excellence

Likes

Research culture, cooperation and a distinct lack of competition
Active student bodies, cultural groups, regional groups
Friendly professors, good understanding of mental health on the professor level

Dislikes

Bad decisions taken by admin regarding mental health, such as removal of ceiling fans and attempts at coverups.
Apparently Caste Based discrimination. Seems to be a lawsuit right now.
Difficulty with time management in early semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There wasn't really any. It was mostly the friendliness of the profs that pulled me into maths. Do note that in IISc, the first three semesters are common and you pick majors after that. The maths curriculum prepares you for a future in either industry or academia. Moreover, one can take courses in other departments to help their industry pursuits. Only way would be to make some courses more interactive, but this hasn't been a problem for me personally. Most high level courses have two exams. Sometimes not even that. And exams generally aren't difficult for someone who has kept up with the course.

Best teaching methods by conducting various activities and exams

Placement Experience:

from 6th semister onwards students are eligible for pkacements. I dont know about the companies of placements as iam a fresher here. The placements here are really good in this course. After Msc forensic science the annual package in an average here is 2-5 lakhs. Almost 80% of forensic students get placement here. As iam pursuing my bachelors here, iam thinking of writing the entrance exam for NFSU gujarath for my Masters.

All you need to know about BASEU

Likes

Infrastructure is really good, the campus is huge and is filled with greenery
The curriculum is extensive and is based on real world applications
The campus is happening with a lot of clubs

Dislikes

The placements are not upto the mark, could be better
The mess food could improve. It is puke worthy.
Although it is a college, there are a lot of restrictions

Placement Experience:

Our university has a training and placement office for the fourth and fifth year students. Before that you need to find internship opportunities yourself. The significant companies include EY, MoSpi, RBI, NSE etc. The is around 50% placements. The highest package was around 40 lakhs and the lowest 5 lakhs. I plan on working in the RBI after my degree.

good supporting lecturers and the principal. they are supportive to almost everything. even the director is a very soft person. lift facility is worst where there is timing to lift. if you miss the timing you have to climb 5 floors by steps. hostel Facility need to be changed with quality. syllabus need to be upgraded
