The curriculum of the course opens a door to the world of engineering.It teaches the students from the basics of engineering and provides practical sessions that make us ready to deal with the real life world.But , I do think the curriculum should increase the practical hours a bit more so that the students can have more practical knowledge rather than just the textbook knowledge.

The college offer many internship opportunities to the students. The companies like BOSCH,TCS provide internship opportunities to the eligible students.IIPC is functioning in the college to help students understand about the internship opportunities.In some of the internships,the students are given a problem in the company and asked to find a solution for it.20 students got great internship opportunities in BOSCH last year.It was a great achievement.

The campus placements start from 5th semester and the students are eligible based on the companies' needs.BOSCH,TCS, Cognizant are some of the top tier companies that visit our college..Last year 20 students from the college was placed on BOSCH.The average package is 15 lakh per annum. The percentage of students getting placed and the placement packages vary according to the branch and skills of students.My plan after getting the degree is to get placed in a company with a great salary package and good working environment.

The fee is about 9000 per year for each student.I thinks it is the same for every year.Additional fees for sports and other extra curricular activities.Different kinds of scholarship are provided based on economical and academical status like Alumni funded scholarships , ONGC,etc.The college has TnP cell to provide all the informations about placements to the students.

The campus life provide by my college is good . Two kinds of fest are conducted every academic year , one during the odd sem and other during the even sem.Takshak , the tech fest is held during the odd sem in October - November and Sanskriti , the arts fest is conducted during the even sem in March -April.A wide variety of books are available which provide immense knowledge about each subject.A central library common to all branches and separate libraries for each branches are also available.Each classroom have projectors which are used by teachers to enhance digital way of learning.The college also supports sports and other extra curricular activities. Facilities are provided to encourage students to follow and enhance their non academical skills.A wide variety of clubs are also available in the college like ASME , IEEE , AISA ,IOT , etc. Students can take membership on the clubs based on their personal interests .

The admission process was not much troublesome. Candidates who have scored 50% and above in plus two in PCM and passed KEAM are eligible to attend the course.The details about application process are available in college website and kalam technological university sites.Seats are reserved for eligible students.There are both internal exams and end semester exams.All the exams are of medium level hardness.Each semester has a duration of 4 to 5 months.

The college provides highly efficient and qualified faculty members who have immense knowledge in their respective subjects.The teachers are good mentors who support each student individually.Most of the faculty members have years of experience and this have great impact on the learning journey of students.The teachers are always available to students and they can approach the faculty at times of need.The faculty of the college have an important role in giving the students a good and comfortable learning experience.
