I like the overall environment of the college campus. It's beautiful and friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview

In information technology, college organize various coding related curriculum activities. Teachers use smart boards and explain concepts through presentation slides. The frequency of sessional exams is two times every six months. And finals two times every year.

Internships Opportunities

College provides various internship program for students. College provides intership programs for top reputed companies such as wipro, JP Morgan, etc. As a fresher college intership programs are very helpful for a student to begin with.

Placement Experience

College ensures on-campus placements. And ensures placement of almost every student in college. Average package is approximately 420000.Highest package is above 50 lakhs. I will apply for software engineer after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

College provides various scholarship programs for students. The fee structure is approximately 400000 INR that is 50000 per semester. College also accepts loan cases. College fee structure is very affordable compared to other colleges.

Campus Life

College have various different clubs that offer various different extra curriculum activities for students. The college has library in every department that have all books a student needs for his/her acedamic subjects.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are large enough. Hostel food has decent quality and provide meal four times a day including evening snacks. Hostel registration process is very easy. The price structure is 55000 INR for each semester.

There are many admission processes that college organises based on your previous acedamic results. College also includes diploma students. Students can also get admission easily by interacting with college faculty.

Faculty

Teachers are very approachable and helpful. They are friendly and supportive. Overall college staff is very good. The learning experience is great. Teachers are well experienced and trained. Students can easily interact with teachers and facility.

An honest look at campus

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro,cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed.The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

SLIET longowal has well structured curriculum as per new education policy with well structured labs. to prepare for real world, college provide funds for startup and also motivate students to gain industry exposure. Many improvements can be done in curriculum like integration of cutting edge technologies, smart board, digital labs. There are three exams per semester two minors which take place in month of august and september and major or end sem exam in month of october, the timing of exam was from 1 pm to 4 pm. the difficulty level of exam is moderate

Placements in lovely professional university is decent and dont know much about it as i am in 1st year only but there were mandatory Placement classes for all which you need to select in 1st year only for which you need to pay extra 20k for the classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum

General Engineering College Landra: a balanced blend of academics, placements and compass life

I chose Chandigarh Engineering College Laundry over the other due to its strong placement record affordable structure and good industry connections first up I applied to Chitkara University and Lovely Professional University but found C see more cost effective with a well structured curriculum. I go to admission offers, I preferred CC for its better return on investment. Because at that time there was the specialization of aiml in CSE with the teachers even now robotics is present there and there is a dedicated drones technologies lab present in college.
