VITAP. THE COLLEGE OF MEMORIES

VITAP follows choice based credit system which means you cam choose the subjects which you like irrespective of your specialization. We have some important courses like dsa, Oops etc which are very important for placements. It is also like building your own degree by doing the courses you like our considering or trying new options.

By this point of time we have only completed recruitments for summer internships and many of my friends got an summer internship at companies like ORACLE, JP Morgan, IBM, Jindal Steeletc work an acreage stipend of 45000 per month.

Students become Eligible after their 4th semester for allotting for summer internships and they become Eligible for applying for regular internships after the 6th semester. I heard that most of the students are getting placed with a become package is 33.2LPA and an average package of 9LPA. I think around 75 percent students are getting placed.

There are two ways to get admission into this college. One its by taking the VITEEE examination. If you take the VITEEE examination your fee will range from 195000 to 500000 depending on your rank. Another way is through EAPCET examination. Here the fee will be 70000 per year but if your family comes under below poverty line then the student will get a total fee reimbursement. The hostels ate also very expensive. They charge about 150000 to 200000 per year for hostel.

There will be a lot of events occurring in the college every week by the clubs which are run by students. There will be big technical fest called VTAPP and one big cultural fest called vitopia whet they invite a lot of celebs.

The hostel room counselling will be based on the NCGPA ranks which will be based on the overall CGPA. Which means the student who study well and have a good CGPA can choose the room they want. There ate many types of rooms in the hostel, they are 2 bedded ac room 2 bedded non ac room 4 bedded ac room 4 bedded non ac room 5 bedded ac room 5 bedded non ac room 8 bedded dormitory 10 bedded dormitory 15 bedded dormitory. And the hostel fee starts from 50000 for a 15 bedded dormitory to 110000 for a two bedded ac room. The mess is charged separately. There are three types of mess. Veg, Non veg, special mess. In special mess we get fancy breakfast such a cornflakes, chocos etc. The hostel fee ranges from 65000 for the veg mess followed by 75000 for the non veg mess and 82000 for the special mess. The hostels are maintained very well and clean.

I joined the institution thrift VITEEE examination and got a rank of 55567 and got a seat in the college. We can apply for the VITEEE exam on the VITEEE website. They charge about 2000 a application fee and the exam is conducted once in every year.

There is one faculty for every 30 students. Most of the faculty are pretty chill and you can speak them if you have a doubt or a query by visiting the faculty space. They would be always ready to help. And the most of them are great mentors as well.
