- This college is there in Mangalore , Karnataka . The college is very nice . Faculties are also very well educated n co-operative . The most beautiful thing about the college is it's active campus
- The campus is situated in around 10 acres . The campus provides many facilities to there students such as there are N number of Canteens present in campus . There is a huge library with more than 3000 books . In sports aspect there is Football ground
- And a Endurance of indoor sports and other college activites. Since the campus is big they also provide mini buses to move around the campus . They also have a hospital and they provide free treatment for any cause to the students .
Dislikes
- There are not much such things that have made me disappointed expect they charge 10 rupees for travelling with the mini buses in campus . Campus is so big that you always require to get that mini bus . Atleast students should get it free
Course Curriculum Overview
As I am the first year student so I don't know much that where should they improve. In the matters of teaching the students the teachers are really good . We have 5 subjects in first year of BAMS and every subject has around 2 to 3 faculty members . The course is all 5.5 years with 3 profs of each 1.5 years and a remaining year for internship . Every prof has 3 semister exams and a final University level exam . Each semester have 3 small written exams and 3 viva exams after every single month . Every exam is hot that hard if you study but the best thing college has that they don't every allow to cheat in exam . Around there are 8 supervisor in the exam hall . The difficulty of exam is based on your studies
Internships Opportunities
Unfortunately the college doesn't pay for the interns as this a Deemed to be University . Yeah they do opt the students for internship to handle the patients by talking and understanding . The opt the students for internship in their own hospitals.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fee and the hostel fee is there around 530000 per year . In these you get Laundry Sevice also and Hostel Mess Service also (Food service). Every year around college fee is increased by 4 percentage
Campus Life
There are many events organised by college in campus and off campus . There are freshers party , annual event , cultural events , sports event . All these events are organised on regular basis with full crowd . The faculties are very good here and they all teach us on digital screens . There are two huge libraries present with more than 3000 books
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is very good . Hostel rooms are very spacious for 6 members . Hostel room has one AC 3 lights 3 tables 4 chairs and 3 double beds that is 6 beds . And also have 6 cupboards one for each student . The meal quality is very tasty and hygienic. They provide two times meal and two times snacks . Meal and snacks is different everyday . 4 times we get non veg in a week with Biryani too . And remaining days we get veg also on the non veg days veg meal is provided for vegetarians
Admission
JiThe Admission process for this college is done by the website of central government named AACCC . The eligibility for the course is that you should be 12th pass with minimum 50 percentage in all three subjects PCB . And also you should get qualifying marks in NEET exam.
Faculty
There are five subject for a first year BAMS student and every subject has in an average 2 to 3 teachers . They all are well qualified doctors . Also the college provides a mentor to a student . On an average 10 students get one mentor . The teaching way is also good and easy to understand everything .
