Course Curriculum Overview

When I visited this college for first time they had spoken very well with us. I also saw the interaction between the teachers and the students. They were explaining very nicely to the students. They also told us the opportunity of taking this course.

Class Size: 1500Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We had made lots of project of fashion terminology, textile, garment construction, portfolio's, we had taken lots of knowledge about the texture of every fabric and it is very helpful for my internship. It has given me lots of opportunities to enter in different fields regarding our course.

Placement Experience

After my 2semester gets over I would like to take placements to learn more things of my field and how to manage the work. By taking this placement and learning things I would like to start my own business and search the place to start boutique.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure has to ways online payment and cash payment. The fees of my course is Rs60000 and it can also be given in installments.. they gave us the scholarship also. I had gotten RS 20000 from the scholarship.

Campus Life

We had enjoyed all the festival of our college. We had fest of 5days where we had our departments logo and the name for it. It was same for every department. We had traditional and Western day too. We played lots of games enjoyed the performance of dance and singing.

Admission

The process of admission was from online application or website to fill the form. We can pay the fees through online and cash both ways. There are no cast category for the fees. Everyone has the same fees structure.

The teachers here our highly qualified. They know how to explain the topics to each and every students whether they are weak or smart. Every teachers here helps every student. They are a good mentor for all children. They gave us the experience of what all they had done.

Ecole Intuit Lab- Design, Learning & Success

Placement Experience:

We have internships from the second year. This gears us towards industry life. In the summer before the third year, we need to intern for 1-3 months. In the 4th year, we intern for half the year and come back in the 2nd semester for our grand projects. Almost all of our students leave with an internship/job offer at the end of 4 years. This is due to the constant effort of our administration to organise exhibitions that invite industry greats. My plan after Ecole, is to work at a branding agency for a few years before pursuing an MFA in Graphic Design.

Brilliant faculty and great internship opportunities at Ecole

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college are pretty good. for my second year internship, I got the opportunity to intern with alfalfa studio new york, headed by Rafael Esquer who's the creator of huge identities such as the Huston Rockets and the New York City FC. The internship was an extremely awarding experience. The college has tie-ups with local design studios as well. Each and every student from my batch had secured a paid internship.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year companies like: white owl , Landor , ABND , STARTING MONDAY 40000 to 20000 per month as far as starting salary is concerned it's not about the percentage and grades its about the portfolio job or keeping a company , to be more precise college teaches you to be an entrepreneur in terms of running a creative studio .

Ecole's Internship opportunities

Placement Experience:

Students are expected to do a 1-2 month Internship after 2nd year and a 4-6 month internship during the 4th year. Ecole has an event called Design next which allows students and design agencies to interact .Design agencies look through our work and select students for an interview and placements. This is how I got my internship with GWD KIDS. Most students get internships and jobs through Ecole.

Entrance Preview:

The entrance exam is not conducted by the college rather they take the students on the merit and interview basis. The selection of the students is done after understanding the students vision for the fashion industry and how they want to learn and grow and shape their personality with it. The admission cell gives and updates the students with all the notifications through email.

A campus life you must live once in your life - Fergusson College

I had heard a lot about Fergusson College in my school time, somewhere deep down I had always wished to come here and study also i did my bachelors from the same college so it was obvious for me to choose this place . Also FC has amazing faculty members which made me choose it. I gave the entrance test on an online platform for my masters course got second in the list and went straight for the admission process within a week after results were out. I had applied to Modern College as well and got my admission confirmed also but because i got into FC I did not do any further process for modern college. The admission process goes smooth , once the results are out we are called to the college for document verification and regitrations, then fee payment and college starts.
