Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is specifically designed for each course by their PhD scholars, they taught us everything regarding our field of study, I feel teaching methods can be improved, but through their curriculum, the person could decide what areas they can take in the near future. They have two monthly tests, in which the first one has medium difficulty and the second is quite very difficult.
Fees and Financial Aid
When I took admission to Chandigarh University, the tuition fees were quite minimal, but I think they have increased them now, due to the high demand of their campus, as for their placement facility, for me the complete cost of education was 98000 rupees per semester and 90000 rupees for hotel facilities per year. They give a considerable amount of scholarships like 10% you get if you do absolutely nothing and if you perform well in their entrance exam you can get upto 85% just that you have to maintain a 7.5 CGPA throughout. As for campus employment, every possible job role has been approached like SDE, Analytics, UI/UX, etc.
Campus Life
There are many techno, and fests going on in the university, and many famous celebrities are been called, I guess sometimes it's every month, and sometimes they are held every two months. The Library of the university is very vast, they have libraries in every block, a vast range of books. The classrooms are been provided with air conditioners and WiFi, and charging ports in every desk. In the area of sports they have nice criteria for it, they even go for competitions every now and then
Admission
As per eligibility, they don't have such vast eligibility criteria, I think you should have at least 50% in your +2 and 10th. They have entrance tests for deciding the scholarship, and as such no remand for reservations. The admission process is very smooth and fast.
Faculty
The teaching staff is very friendly and supportive, I was very much interested in research areas where the staff supported me so much in getting my articles published in the IEEE Transactions arena, the faculty to student ratio is very apt, considering them to teach each person individually, if I talk about my professors they were available 24/7 for me.
