Course Curriculum Overview

The semester wise syllabus is well maintained and there are 2 mid semesters and one end sem exams in one semester. There are course outcomes of each subject according to which the syllabus is made and students study

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

Students from 6th sem can apply for the placements and there are more than 850 companies which have visited the campus so far and the highest package is 47 lakhs per annum I will also opt the campus placement

Fees and Financial Aid

When i joined in 2021 the fees was 90000per year and now it is around 1,30,000 per year Also they take 1000rs per sem as examination fees and there are no other hidden charges which they take. Also they provide 100% campus placements

Campus Life

There is an annual fest named PARIVARTAN.also there are many clubs and dsw department which organizes many events. The campus is fully ragging free campus Students can also participate and be the part of various clubs to enhance their skills

Admission

You can apply for admission on cgc.edu.in All 12th pass candidates above 70% can apply for admission in the college There are certain scholarships which are availed in the college such as Bihar credit scheme

Faculty is very nice. All the professors and assistant professors have very well knowledge about the projects and also the subjects which helps students to be innovative and get a good knowledge about the components

An honest look at campus

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro,cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed.The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

SLIET longowal has well structured curriculum as per new education policy with well structured labs. to prepare for real world, college provide funds for startup and also motivate students to gain industry exposure. Many improvements can be done in curriculum like integration of cutting edge technologies, smart board, digital labs. There are three exams per semester two minors which take place in month of august and september and major or end sem exam in month of october, the timing of exam was from 1 pm to 4 pm. the difficulty level of exam is moderate

Placements in lovely professional university is decent and dont know much about it as i am in 1st year only but there were mandatory Placement classes for all which you need to select in 1st year only for which you need to pay extra 20k for the classes.

Remarks:

Good staff are very nice and supportive nature. There are not any faculty problem. Functions are organized in a very large scale which is very good. Ragging are strictly banned in college which is very good for fresher students. BAD: lack of equipment and machines in labs. Lack of practical knowledge for students.

General Engineering College Landra: a balanced blend of academics, placements and compass life

I chose Chandigarh Engineering College Laundry over the other due to its strong placement record affordable structure and good industry connections first up I applied to Chitkara University and Lovely Professional University but found C see more cost effective with a well structured curriculum. I go to admission offers, I preferred CC for its better return on investment.
