College management is good and Better still some facilities are to be come

It is good college and nearer to my village it is one of the best colleges in North Karnataka and it has _ branches in the college it is vtu University and college has good teaching faculty big library available for study purpose for the students around seventy thousand books available in a library

Course Curriculum Overview

Bachelor of engineering is a four years course and it considered as degree after four years we became engineers in engineering around fifteen branches are there every branch has the own application on their field mechanical engineering has application in manufacturing things etc

Internships Opportunities

Our college provide internship in vtu internship is compulsory and it is nice experience we can learn our future jobs

Placement is good at our college many companies are coming to our college on the merit and talent they select job opportunities also there in engineering but nowadays many engineers came out every year because of this quite fewer job opportunities are there

College Events

Many events and programs are celebrating in our college every year annual day and fun week of seven days every day we celebrate the one day like culture day ethnic day fun day and some games are played at the end in the fun week we participate branch wise

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure in the engineering is quite expensive in education system engineering is having a high fee and high demand the seat allotted through the CET then fees is around seventy-five thousand and if it is management seat then it fees depends upon the college

Yes we have schoolership and loan facility in our education system the schoolership is of around fifteen thousand every year and. Loan facility is also available

Campus Life

If we selected through campus it is good otherwise we search for the job. After our degree and also we can start our own business in what we learned in our field in robotics we have the application of electrical electronics mechanical computer science and other branches application

Hostel facilities are good our. The college has the two separate. Hostel s for boys and girls and hostel fees is around fifty-three thousand per year in hostel food is three times morning is Tiffin afternoon launch evening tea and night dinner and we have a gym facility in our college

Yes we have communication with our seniors those who passed out from our college and they are helpful to us

Exam Structure

Exam in our college is good per semester exams are taking the total of eight semesters are there in the engineering and sem wise exams are taken every semester lab exams and theory exams are held our scene is of eighty and twenty is for internals and eighty is for external

Admission for this College is through CET rankings admission process is after second pre University we will write the entrance exam on four subjects of ninety marks with multiple options questions after results came we go for the verification and counseling then we get this College in option entry and admitted

Likes

Making it compulsory to do projects from first year onwards and emphasizing on publishing papers which are good for longer run
Skill labs is fun and useful (in general for most branches)
No ragging, students are not discriminatory and are helpful

Dislikes

Though projects are good, at times it becomes difficult to manage so many at the same time
During CIE's, there are 2 exams on one day which makes it tough
Some teachers dont follow marks breakdown and give marks as they feel. Especially for lab manuals.. they dont check the manual and put random marks

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is a mix of both Computer Science and AIML which is increasingly relevant in today's world. Second year: Subjects like Mathematics for AIML, Data Structures, Stats for Data Science, Computer Networks, Third year: DBMS, ANN, ML operations Some other elevtives are also available and courses like Universal Human Values, POME, EIPR etc. Honestly, POME, EIPR, UHV should have less course credits and probably MCQ type exams (like IC and Yoga in first year). Curriculum is good and updating for applications helped along with projects. Exams are generally once in a month, 1.5 - 2 units for each subject each exam. Lab exams at the very end before CIE marks finalization. Then 2 weeks gap for Lab SEE, then 1 week gap and actual SEE's.

The maintenance of campus is good ,and the college events , and the teaching level is also excellent and the particular student have there own mentor they guide in each thing
The way they support us encourge us for our success and support in every situation and also support to the students in placment or training opportunities
If we lack or we are in problem they will support to come out if that with good solution

Dislikes

the college is not too strict for that reason the students may spoil easily
the ratio of our college is like 60:40 that is the majority are boys , and the college fan are slow which cause problem in summer
the college washrrom are not clean that cause problem,lack if industry

Placement Experience:

At the 6 th semester the students are eligible for placements and compaines visited our college are cloud fabric , crafty sogo , congnizent and some training like v tech , qspriders , pentagon space,alpheoleo , medini and some more the highest package is 5 lakh and the lowest is 3 lakh . around 10 to 15 students have been placed from cse dept after the degree i have one good salary job so to settle my life

I like the fact that our faculties are pretty good
Campus is very green and classes are provided with smart boards
Students are competitive and hardworking more focus on studies

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very decent not so wow

So from 5 th semester you are eligible to apply for an internship and after 6 th sem or ending you can sit for the full time roles , so as of now highest package is 28 lpa and lowest may be 5 lpa almost 95 percentage of students get placed . I "ll be doing job after my college

KSIT has an average placement rate of 70%-85% depending on the branch . CSE,ISE and ECE branches have higher placements while mechanical and civil have fewer opportunities in IT sector . Average package is about 4-6LPA . KSIT attracts many IT based recruitiers with some core companies for non -IT branches . It also provides pre-placement training, coding boot cams, aptitude tests and soft skills development . Alumni network is moderate, but students need off-campus efforts for high paying jobs

Things I liked it’s a friendly people and seniors are also good here they help to study very well
Another thing I liked that no uniform is there and the college timing is also good
All sir and mam are friendly and exam type is good

They not focusing on the sports activities
The college campus is very small it’s just of 8 acres
The ratio of boys girls is 2:1 in the college

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is great like and avg package is 100000 and it's in campus from 2st semester only the students become eligible for campus placement. Flipkart,TCL and aml many more companies came the highest package in 2023 got of 52 lakh in AIMl and the avg package is 10 lakh. The percentage of the students getting placements is 60-70% my plans after getting the degree to do master in abroad

It's a good environment in the college and spacious classrooms
There is no sort of ragging all the seniors are super friendly
Good teaching staff they help in all fields

Dislikes

No proper management for the events and attendance for the students taking part

Campus selections are available companies like TCS,wipro and many more come to our college do the campus selection the highest package was 1,25,000 and the lowest was 55,000 almost more than half of the students get placed during the campus selections and the rest by the end of the course get a job

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Likes

The campus is very good , it is peaceful , it has the best environment for a student to pursue his studies
The faculties are highly qualified , most of the faculties (lecturers) are PHD holders. They've got plenty of experience to share their knowledge with the students
We've got plenty of opportunities to improve our skills , lecturers gives us more space to solve our doubts.

Dislikes

For a B-tech college it is new , we are still expecting the campus placements
The campus is a bit underrated for a B-tech college

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.

What i most lile about this collage is its infrastructure styl
It has a very good environment lile very green
It even has a ganapati temple in the campus

Dislikes

Water quality is hostel is not good like not filterd properly
Hot water supply is only in morning not at all time
And i dont personally hate anything on the campus

Placement Experience:

The placement in the college are very good actually like more then 300 companies have visited the college and more then 950 jobs have been offered to the students companies like infosys, tcs, wallmart, global tech india, accenture, visa, dell technology, intel etc and mass recruter are companies lile infosys and tcs which gove 50+ and 60+ offers respectively. And last year there where 8 students who got 64 lpa and in which four(4) students where from information science and engineering that is our department. Our department is very good and if you take information science you can get a very good job
