- Sports facility is not available for day scholars.
- You cannot enter college after 5PM if you are not a hosteller.

Course Curriculum Overview
Currently KIET comes under AKTU but from 2024 it will be autonomous which means from 2024 the curriculam will be decided by the KIE college itself and will definitely help student to focus on practical learning rather than theory based learning.
Internships Opportunities
Many mncs and startups provide internships opportunities for the college student. Recently JP Morgan provide intership opportunity for the student with stipend of 75000/- per month. If you are not elligible for the internship criteria then college tries to give some certifications also
Placement Experience
KIET has an excellent record regarding placements. The placement %age is around 85-90. Also KIET provide various internship opportunities for the students. You can apply for internship from 1st year but college suggest you to apply for intersnhip from 2nd year onwards.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of B.Tech is around 1.3L to 1.4L per annum plus there are various option for financially weak student like the scholarship provided by the governmen. I am not aware of how KIET deal with the financially weak student but there is an option of fee waiver in which you ony have to pay like 30%-35% of the total fees.
Campus Life
Campus size is small and so the campus life is not that much good as you expect from an enginnering college. Campus is ragging free and there are many clubs which one can join to learn new skills . Also there are many sports to play within the campus.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel charges you 98000 for one year which include 4 and 24X7 wifi, water and electricity, Quality of the food is good and one can eat it on daily basis without complaning. Well i prefer living outside the campus as the i need privacy and don't want to share my room.
Admission
I got admission by my jee mains marks which were 91 %ile and i got CSE AIML branch. I might get CSE core branch but due to my mistake i end up being in CSE AIML. I am from general category buy you also will get reservation. I suggest to fill your priorty branches carefully.
Faculty
As of my experience of 2 years, i have not faced any faculty who is not good in teaching. All teachers work hard and try to teach each and every concept clearly. Departments like CSE AI and CSE AIML have one of the best staff. They even try to solve student's non academic problem and are open to accept negative feedback.
