Likes
- The nature in the campus. It's so pleasant. There is so much of greenary in the campus.
- The classrooms are so big. Digital classrooms are also available.
- The Teachers in the college are very cooperative. They encourage students to prepare for placements.
Dislikes
- College is located at a distance greater than 1km from the hostel.
- Bus facility is not there for boys. So we need to walk a lot.
- They are putting some restrictions for providing hostels but there are so many genuine students who need hostel.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course is very well designed. The syllabus is dynamic. Our college management has introduced the new courses in MBA i.e., Travel and Tourism Management. For each semester they conduct 3 internal exams. And they give 10 marks for attendance.
Internships Opportunities
We have so many intership opportunities. The HRs interviewed many students and has provided internships. The companies like Deloitte, Zeeloch, Happyminds, Crimson interiors etc., provide internships for students.
Placement Experience
The student is eligible for placements from the third semester. The placements will happen two to three times. This year 70 students out of 120 students got placed. And the students are eligible for interships from the first year itself.
Fees and Financial Aid
They are charging 8000 only. Because all the students will get epass scholarship of 27000 except the OC Candidates. There are some other scholarships also available for students but the college management allows only one of the Scholarships to be applied by the students.
Campus Life
Every year the event called Taksh is celebrated in the month of March or April. In the event students are allowed to express their skills. And coming to Library, there is huge collection of books in the college itself . Not only this library but also the Central Library for whole University is also there which is very big. Thousands of students spend their time in the library preparing for competitive exams as well.
Hostel Facilities
We have very good hostel building. But there are some restrictions for the students to get admission into the hostel. The minimum distance from their native place of student must be 80km. The food in the hostel mess is very good. Different types of dishes are served. We have free wifi facility also.
Admission
To get admission into MBA we need to write an entrance exam called ICET which is for both MBA and MCA. During the year in which I have written the exam, almost 72000 members applied for ICET. The pass percentage for the exams was 50 marks out of 200. But the top rankers are given the seats in our college.
Faculty
There is professor for every 30 students in our college. They are highly qualified. Some of the guest lecturers are also there. Sometimes the PhD scholars also taking classes for the students. On the whole the faculty is good.
