Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum of the course is very well covered that covers theory as well as practicle portion. Although some topics are not taught practically. There are some subjects that should be taught in a computer lab but they are not. Each semester, Two class tests happens followed by an end term examination which is moderate in terms of difficulty.
Internships Opportunities
Collage do provide paid internship opportunities after completion of fourth semester. You can work for big or small company depending on the conditions but all of them are with stipend ranging between 5000-25000 depending on your skills and demand. Your role under that comapany will be related to you course.
Placement Experience
Our collage do provide placements and they claim its 98% but there placement rate totally depends on the demand and supply. To be elidgible for placement you have to fullfil few criterias like 75% attendence, no backlogs, clearance of aptitude and GD round. If you can clear all theis then you will be elidgible for placement but if demand is high they some of these factors may not matter. Highest placement from our collage is 36 LPA and average is about 2.7 LPA. During placement big companies lika tata, Tisco, Infosys, Zomato etc visits the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
This collage is more affordable compared to otheres. Each semester you have to pay a certain amount of your total fees. If you will delay then you have to pay fine of 70 rupess every day. Other than that, there are no other charges. You can find many scholarship opportunities specially you are from west bangal but if you are from out side then you may not have many options.
Campus Life
Campus life at the college is decent. Don't expect too much. College campus is very small, sometimes you have to struggle just to find a place to sit. College organizes various workshops and seminars each month also various competitions are also held. Apart from that, each year three major events- freshers party, farewell, and annual fest are organized. Sometimes some other events are also organized. College also has various clubs but they have very little importance and impact that you may even won't know it exists.
Admission
For admission first you have to pay 5000 for seat booking although this step is optional. Later when admission actually begins then you can either do it online or offline. Its very simple and you won't have to worry about entrance test as it happens online and very easy to clear. There are no GD rounds and there is a just one very simple interview which you can clear even if you stay quiet.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is very balanced. You and intract with faculties easily during class and they also pay personal attention to every student. They all teach fine and can be approached easy whenever required through call, messages or even directly.
