Likes

The staff is supported and helps you in scoring good marks
The infrastructure of the college is amazing
And the best part is the college library where you get enough peace and no will distrub you

Dislikes

Management of college is kind of a mess in itself
The problem with ACs is alot common in the college
There are some students in college which out of where will pick fights with you if you just did what you doing vause that way they considered there ego being destroyed by you

Course Curriculum Overview

The course which i am pursuing in Bachelors of Technology in Computer Science Engineering with specialization in Artificial Intelligence. This course works basically on the principal of machine learning which depends on Data structure algorithm in any coding language (python is the preferred one).

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 120400 per year

Internships Opportunities

Currently as in 1st year the internships we can get are through the envents which are on a high scale while hackathon and ideathon And the 3rd and 4th students on their skills can get internship The 2nd year students can also opt for internship it just they have to be more skilled.

Placement Experience

The highest package offered till date is 27 lakhs per annum and lowest offer is 3.2 lakhs per annum The average package of the college till date is 6 lakhs per annum The students getting package are of 4th year or 7th sem and 8th sem From 1000 students around 650 students those who dont have back can be placed for placement Than next criteria will thier overall cpa if it is greater than 7.5 than will give interviews now the total students who have given interbiew will be 450 students and 419 students will get placement in the companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total tution fee of my course is 486600 INR The extra charges are 6000 INR for the fabric of clothes and 3600 INR for the the mobile app of college And rest a annual exam fee of 7500 INR The financial aid the college can provide is the scholarship and help in education loan for the students.

Campus Life

The annual fest is in the month of October or when the 1st year begins. The overall college campus is great They have extracurricular activities on a regular basis but thier main motive is your academic grades to be good The college library is the best place to studey and relax because no will disturb you thier untill and unless you are on bunk and some teacher saw you going into the library.

Admission

There were different cut offs for different courses which depends on your score of JEE Mains or PCM of board result The criteria is as follows 75% and above will have option to chose from Cse(ai) ,cse(ds),cse(iot),IT CSE core will be given to students if the seats are vaccant after the counselling of AKTU University

Faculty

The faculty in the college is great and supportive in itself they will give you extra time on Saturday (that is the off day for students) All kind questions will be gently answered and the you will not make that mistake again. The faculty to student relationship is on the ratio of 1(faculty) : 32(students).

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Likes

Environment is good, the overall environment is calm
The hostel is good, it is hygienic and provides regular maintainence
The campus feels quiet safe and have good security with strict regulations

Dislikes

The network connectivity is not up to the mark
There are very less number of cultural events taking place in this college
Hectic study schedules which leaves no time for extra curricular activitoes

Placement Experience:

Placements of thos college is quiet good Many big companies provides internships and placements This year also quiet many students got placed TCS visited the campus for hiring Average packhage is 15 lakh per annum

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory
I like the support that is provided by the college towards the placements of the students

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

There are very good and highly qualified Faculties for each subject.
There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

Dislikes

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.
There can be delay in examinations from its expected date.

Placement Experience:

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

My Engineering College

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%
