Life in college

There are approximately 10 subjects in each semester including one no-credit subject.The other subjects are related to the core branch and are very important to the concerned branch to understand the topics related to the field.Some subjects are outdated while some are running with the past one two years technology. More and more topics based on the current industry requirements should be brought in curriculum to enhance the skills of students so that they can be able to meet the requirements of the companies at the time of placements.In each semester, 2mid exams are conducted with one internal lab exam,a semester exam is conducted at the end of semester with an external lab exam

Placements are conducted every year. The students according to the level of skills they enhanced and procured in the span of this college life show in the placements and secure a job according to the level of skills they got.The students get eligible for the placements from the 6th semester. There are a number of companies that visit such as accenture, amazon, Flipkart ,paypal ,inncircles ,juspay ,etc. And accoridng to my knowledge a sum of 500 + offers are made. The highest package is offered for 31.5 LPA as a software development engineer and the average package is offered for 6 LPA as a working in service based company. Approximately,83% of students get placements in a year. After my degree, I will also face the placements and try to secure a good job in a recognised MNC. Otherwise I will give an entrance exam for higher studies such as M.Tech, or I will prepare for UPSC exams.

The college charges an amount of 52000 for each semester. This is taken as the tution fees from the students every year.Eacb year the regulation changes for the students according to the year they join in the college.The transportation fees is around 28250 rupees that is charged for the two semesters in a year. Also,library fees is charged along with the university fees . Some student swho join the college via counseling are getting scholarships from the government itself and the others joining through management are required to pay themselves and no scholarship is availed to them.

Yearly two great fests are conducted every year namely Yuvatarang and Vista . One is conducted in the month of January while other is conducted in the month of September. They are celebrated on a large scale for two days.There are a large number of books , journals , articles available in the library which are available for everyone in the college.The classrooms are provided with smart boards for the enhancement of the teaching methods with the involvement of using digital notes on the screen.This minimizes the use of chalk and duster and the use of blackboard. Extracurricular activities are conducted for students by the authorities in various forms on the eve of various occasions. Sports like football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton are played and students show great enthusiasm in playing these sports. There are a number of clubs like algozenith, gdsc, gfg in the college that interact with the students and provide seminars by and provide them assistance.

The admission in the college takes place through an entrance exam popularly known as eamcet exam. After securing rank in the entrance exam, I got admitted in this college through web counselling where I am asked to enter college names in the order or preference.In this way,I got admission in this college and joined here by submitting some essential documents.It took a lot of time for admission process to gr admitted in this college. The application for the entrance exam is released every year on the internet nearly in the month of April. The application fees is around 500 something.The exam is conducted once per year.The students qualifying the exam get admission in the college. The admission process should be conducted early and be finished as soon as possible as it takes a lot of time for admission in college .

There are a great number of faculty members in our college who have different levels of qualifications and experiences. Some are professors,while some are assistant professors and lab incharges. The faculty members teach according to the level of experience and knowledge they have ok the specific subject they are teaching on. This makes difference on the level of understanding of the topics by the students.They interact whenever the students are in need of the faculty members.
