ITS Engineering College, B.Tech, Mechanical Engineering

Reviewed on Apr 27, 2019

Remarks

Yes, with this fee range this is the best college in Delhi-NCR.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum and exam structure are as per the AKTU. Yes, it is very relevant. The college really upgrades your personality and make you professional by providing various training before placement. The PDP classes start from 2nd year, which definitely boosts up your personality and helps to be decorated as professional before placement.

Placement Experience

Yes, you can name this college having the best placement record in mechanical Engg. department in the college of Greater Noida.

College Events

1. Udghosh-(the annual function of the college) 2. TechTrix-(the technical fest of the college) 3. Freshers party 4. Farewell 5. Other days also celebrated in the college like earth day, environment day, engineers day etc. 6.all the national festivals are celebrated in college

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I haven't opted for any scholarship or education loan. But yes college has facilitated for same for those who want to take the loan.

Campus Life

4.5

The college campus is Co-Ed. I am a student of Mechanical Engg. and according to the universality no girl in the branch. But other branches have a lot of girls in there. The campus life is great. Sports, lab, debates, GDs always practiced in the college. There is a Robotics club, a Go-Kart club, a photography club, a literature club and a lot of other things to stay active in the college.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni meet is conducted every year so that students get connected with them. They are very much helpful for the students because they showcase the status of the market in front of the students.

Admission

I have done diploma in mechanical Engg. and got admission in this through lateral entry in 2nd year. For lateral entry direct in 2nd year, visit the college admission cell and go through further formalities for admission. Admission starts in the college from June month. You must visit the college before August, so you don't get to face the issue of course miss in starting the week.

Faculty

The faculties of the college are very much qualified in their respective subjects. Their teaching technique is so much fantastic that student gets interested in even boring subjects. As I am a student of Mechanical Engg. don't know about the faculties of other department but Especially the faculties of mechanical engg. Department is really amazing that they make you feel the stress on various beams and springs, and you will start to feel the flow of liquid in front of your eyes(turbulent and laminar). you will start to feel the processes of thermodynamics.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Its excellent

Mostly students are directly admitted like we just visited the campus and they bluff about their college and trap in their words. Basically admission process is so simple and easy just put your minimum amount in my case about 20000. Then they demanded your documents like 10th 12th marksheet, aadhar card , date of birth, passport size photo, and that's it. Then they upload you document on the server and done. But after some time they demanded original documents for verification and after verification they returned it. This college is affiliated by APJ Abdul kalaam Technical University (AKTU). So after some time, they upload your data on them and after verification your admission successfully completed....Read More
