Likes
- Upto 2nd year of my Engineering Study the Environment is quite Excellent. Good Playgrounds, Class Rooms, Computer Labs, Manufacturing Labs., Seminar Halls, Canteen, College Library etc. Everything is upto the Mark
- Upto 2nd year Food Quality to the Hostel Mess is Extremely good. Varity of Vegetables and Eggs provided. Weekly schedule always followed. Morning One time breakfast, Afternoon Lunch and Evening Tea Snacks is provided.
- College Campus is good. Full of Trees ,Grass and Beautiful Flowers. One Gardener is there.One Stationary shop having Xerox Machine is inside the Campus.
Dislikes
- After 2nd year all the Good Faculties have been removed from the College due to high paying Salary.
- Mess and Canteen is given to same Contractor who always provide Poor quality and unhealthy food in to the Mess so that Students have only one choice to go to the Canteen for Eating Something.
- There is no responsibility of Hostel warden if anything happens to the Hostel Boys during night Medical emergency
Course Curriculum Overview
The time I choose mechanical engineering is more valuable and preferable in the market. Mechanical Engineering is always among Core Branch. AKTU syllabus and Curriculum is too much tough and Lengthy. Every time when we appear in the External Exam facing problems with Out of Syllabus Questions. This is the main reason for the Students having more Backlogs. In our College there is no Practical environment to correlate with the Subjects and Topics. All the Faculties only focused on theoretical knowledge which is useless for our future career.
Fees and Financial Aid
Education Fees 1st year to 4th Year @ 71750 Hostel Charges 1st Year to 4th Year @ 48000 I received Scholarship two times only.. 2nd Year I received @ 25000 and 3rd Year I received @ 81750 Registration Fees @ 5000
Campus Life
We have only one festival or Party annually and that is Fresher's Party is provided by the College Management and another Farewell party that is Organised by Juniors for the Final year Seniors who degree is completed. Apart from this two festivals there is no other Annual function or Sports Culture. No, Nothing. In the Library every semester we struggle for books shortage as per Student and Books ratio. Library management is extremely poor. Every semester exams we need to buy books from the local market for the preparation. There is no Social groups and Clubs at all.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel Charges is huge and Facilities are poor comparatively. 1st year Hostel Charge is approx 48 thousand rupees which increases to 52 thousand rupees in the 2nd year. We have no AC in the room. 3 or 4 Students in one Room. Some have study table and chairs Some didn't. No Water Heater in the toilets and Bathrooms. During Winter season we have no other option. If any student who wants to buy our mess food needs to pay immediately. Seating arrangement and Area is not enough So we have different Lunch time and Dinner time schedule as per Juniors and Seniors.
Admission
My college(Aryabhatta College of Engineering and Technology, Daula, Baghpat) is Private affiliated to UPTU. Admission process is very simple and easy, anybody can come to my college Give the money and Start the Study. It is upto you to choose Hostel or Transport Service or not.
Faculty
Faculty to Students ratio in Mechanical Branch is 1st Sem and 2nd Sem 60:1 3rd Sem and 4th Sem 60:1 5th Sem and 6th Sem 40 :1 7th Sem amd 8th Sem 40:1 Faculty and students relationship is not too good. In 2nd year one Student slapped one of our faculty during Lecture. Our Maths,Environmental science, Professional Communication Faculty are More Familiar and Experienced. One of my Mathematics faculty his name DEV SINGH, I didn't liked at all, because his teaching skills is very very poor. Most the time he takes the Mathematics book and giving instructions to us to Write down all the Examples in the notebook same like Book. Every semester before final exam we have PUT(Pre board University test) which environment is same like External Exams.This is good for our Final exam preparation. Most of the students in Every Semester pass with backlogs that really ruined our college reputation. Every Monday we have Class Test for different subjects.
