Likes
- I liked the CU's main campus.It is marvellous and and very astonishing,fully furnished with inbuilt AC. Also it has its own sport complex although it is under construction but the work is under progress.
- I also liked hostels in CU.The mess food is very good and hygienic. The hostel contain rooms with AC and non-AC. U can choose which to take.It has also lifts which is available 24/7.
- I liked the college for its extra curricular activities and many events. Students can also opt for research in respective subject.
Dislikes
- The faculty in CU is not much talented and appreciative as compared to the infrastructure .They lack the explaining ability and the subjects core knowledge .
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is good and relevant according to me as it is approved by NAAC structure also.As in previous line told that curriculum is approved by NAACs, i got influenced to choose this course The curriculum is very easy to understand and to the point.It also contain logical problems as well as proper explaination to the problems.MST Exam occur two times and duration is 1 hours while ESTs aloccir in the end of semesters and duration is 3 hours.
Placement Experience
The placements are average in CU. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd year onwards Many companies such as TCS,Google, Microsoft and 9000+ offers were made during placement times.The highest package in CU was 24 lakh CTC and avg package is around 7 lakh.
Fees and Financial Aid
The annual fees for CU is 240000(tuition fees) but anyone can get student scholarship on the basis of CUCAT exam score. Afterwards, student have to book your seat in college for this, they have to pay 5000(admission fees).Then student have to come in campus or they can pay semester fee online.The fees increases 5000 every 2 year.
Campus Life
The overall experience in college was wonderful ????. Even one more reason for joining CU was because ofit's extra curricular activities.There are many exciting clubs such as young orator,tech Titans and many.The fests in CU are very exciting and good and the freshers party was one of the best memorable experience for me.
Admission
I applied in many colleges such as LPU,Punjab University,Manipal University,Chitkara University along with CU but I choose to join CU because it has good infrastructure , good and revelent curriculum, as well as good placement package.
Faculty
The faculty is very supportive and ratio is also very much appropriate for every class.The faculty is overall good and very supportive in nature and u can contact them anytime during college hours. They are willing to solve your problem if u r interactive and your problem is genuine.I liked the maths and DCPD faculty of CU. I didn't liked the coding and programming faculty they lacked the core understanding of subject and did not ezain well even.There r mainly 3 exams during each semester MST1,MST2 and EST and student also have to give assignment practical exam in between these exams
