Likes

Cafeteria and canteen food is good but internet issue
Internet issue in the cafeteria area which is bad
The peaope in the area are very harsh to me

Dislikes

People are very harsh to me and not so cooperative
Main gate and the second gate is small that everyone couldn’t enter
The uniform system is very bad feels like school

Course Curriculum Overview

The timing of the exam are good there are 2 exams in the same day we get tired and can't get enough tume to study and also there is less time for studying during the time of mid term examinations so that's why.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies came and guve summer internship in our college like amazon,google, Linkdin, and many other intership which are further used in linkdin and get us faster placement in any company intership are not so good

Placement Experience

The placement in my college is not so good one few student get placed in our college who are ver very good in studies and they are the toppers and get very low placement im the college and we don't get placement and for very low packages

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure pf our college is not so good I am paying 120000 per uear in my college and i am not able to pay it correctly the study in our college is not according to the fees we are paying none of yhe activities are done whivh I like

Campus Life

The campus and buildings are very good in terms of wondering but it's difficult for us to go from one building to another and like the central lab is too far from the science building and the stairs are there not the lifts

Admission

Because I have choosed it from the CUET I have filled and cleared the exam of cuet and get scholarship in this collage whereas ther is no fee deduction in my course and after one year it is increased to the real price

Faculty

Ratio is one is to twenty in each student which is not so good and the faculty is good but feels like they are not supposed to be in that feild of studying and cannot be fulfil the study during the classes

Likes

The boys girls ratio is like 60:40 as per 2025.

Dislikes

There should be a basketball court.When I saw that the college doesn't have proper basketball court i was disappointed.

Placement Experience:

The college have good placement percentage and the average package of college is around 6LPA which is decent for the freshers and college provide many opportunities to students to get in the big companies like TCS

Living and Learning at Haridwar University

Spacious ,modern campus with well-equipped classrooms, labs,library.
faculty are described as “highly qualified and supportive”, with interactive pedagogy and strong mentorships.
Strong placement record: 86-90% placement rate,average 6-6.4LPA .

Dislikes

Notably fewer female students
Infrastructure are good , common complaint include occasional slow internet,a few dated labs,and basic hostel facility.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to participate in campus placement from their 6th semester onward(3rd year). Recruiters include major names like TCS,HCL,infosys, bajaj etc Highest package:60LPA Lowes package: 3LPA

The campus is very great and beautiful amd there are many buildings
There are many gardens in the capmus which makes it beautiful
There are different buildings for each and every department

Dislikes

There is much traffic in that area and the roads are narrow
The college timings are different everyday which makes it bad for the students

Placement Experience:

The placements in this college are average for the bca students agerage package is 2.5 lakh per annun which is very less for a fresher The placemnts are for the students with no backlog The placements start in the 4th sem end

College students are well-mannered, and the college environment is very good.
Our director is very good. He communicates very politely.
Sometimes the college organizes functions very well.

Dislikes

The college faculty in the BCA department is the worst. They actually don't know about coding, and they don't even give us proper guidance and a roadmap for our placement.
The syllabus of the college campus is very outdated.
The BCA department faculty is very rude.

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about placement. But I am hoping that they provides placement in college as they say. I think average pkg of placement is around 8k per month in bca department. their is nothing to be worried about percentage for placement.

Good fee structure

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite easy if you compare it with BTech. I opted for this course because it makes you a programmer and not an engineer. The faculty here is good and educated some have already done their Ph.D. while some of them don't. The teaching methods are still the same but they sometimes do use presentation.

I went for this college mainly because it is just little far from my home which is better because it near my house in just kilometres only that's why I go for this college and admission process for this college as they give scholarship of girls 5%. Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

I have applied also for Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran and mohali , Chandigarh University and Quantum University Haridwar I have got a confirm addmission in chandigarh group of colleges mohali but I haven't got admission there as it was far away from my home. Also I got registered in Quantum University by submitting 10000 registration fees but later on I have changed my college to Uttaranchal University anyhow even I don't know why even I was selected and fulfilled the criteria for all other applied colleges.
