Course Curriculum Overview
I have many options of collage in punjab but after comparing all CU is the best option for BE(CSE) its fees is little bit high but it also gives an opportunity to avail scholarship and exam's are conducted more frequently so you have to do hardwork everytime
Internships Opportunities
I am in first year but i have listened from my senior's that there are many intership opportunities if you are interested in doing it also the HODs are very understanding of all departments if you get an opportunity of internships then you will do it
Placement Experience
Although the university has a a crowd of more than 30K students so you have to face alot competition in the university but the placement rate is really very good and you definately get the placement if you are consistent towards your goal and hardworking
Fees and Financial Aid
For talking admission in CU you first have to give CUCET exam which is its personal exam according to ranking of this exam you are avail to get scholarship like this exam is of 100 Mark's and if you scored 90 aur above you are avail to get 100 persent scholarship and if you scored between 80 to 90 then you are avail to get 50 persent scholarship but there is one thing if in first year your CGPA is below 7.5 then the scholarship will be deducted and you can not get it back also CU provide large number of placement total fees of full BE (CSE) is 4×272000 it has a very goof campus were people from different countries study together with us and i also think if you are joing CU then it is your best decision.its NIRF ranking is 20 its the number 1 private universities in punjab
Campus Life
There are many clubs in my college like a club for sports club for hacking club for learning language club for developing personal growth and many more such types of clubs are there also it has many societies in which you will become a part of it . cU has almost all types of sports in its campus
Hostel Facilities
I opted for a 4 seater room which is NC- 2 yes the room.is little bit congested but you can manage it there is no issue every room.is provided with duct facilities and every student in the room gets one ethernet port table chair and almirah washrooms are common for every 4 room and washrooms and room are cleaned daily by housekeeping lift facilities is also there
Admission
I took a drop after my drop year and given jee exam and scored 89 persentile in it then beggiset challenge I faced to choose 1 private university in indian i have also searched for LPU but on comparing both of these on diffrent aspects like crowd placement curriculum and many things i found CU to be best
Faculty
Faculty are really very good they help us with everything according to me all faculty is vere impressive CU have 2 mid sems and 1 end sem in each semister surprise test are conducted any time to check the performance of the students if the student is weak then the teacher works on that perticular student
