There is no complain from my side till now as a loved the university and I think if you are sincere and hard working than this university will return you more than how much you have invested
Most of the people in the university are very friendly and the seniors are also good. There's AC facility in the whole campus
The teachers are very much experienced. They help us in many problems and guide us what we have to do.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is newly high demanded course . We have to pay different fees for acca . But the overall cost is very much less if we do it individually not form the university. Also you gets opportunity to study the courses offline from the teachers not from online ...

Internships Opportunities

There are 1000 of internship opportunities from the college.... On can get internship from there 3rd semester. Also you can give application for attendance... Students gets paid internships here and students can also do internship from there own side and can leave a application for there attendance..!!!

Placement Experience

There are many companies which visits the campus such as Google, big 4 , HDFC , ICCI , Bajaj , dell and many more.. Students can get placement from there last year .. Average package is 7-8 LPA ... Students scoring 7-8 cgpa gets good placement

Fees and Financial Aid

One of the best private university in North East. Many big faces comes frequently in this university.. You can learn many things and faculty is excellent also there are many scholarship option even 100% is also available..I have pursued bcom with Acca whose fees is 71500 per semester but my family background is from defence therefore I got scholarship of 50% now I have to pay 35750 in 6 months which is very affordable for a pursuing any course in private university.. also people belonging from weaker section of society can take the benefit of 100% scholarship. Many other scholarship are also available for which you can contact the university. The university infrastructure is excellent like a college of foreign, even foreign business schools can't complete with the facilities this university is providing. You can get easily 1-2 internships from the college . Also the placement is very good . There are many courses in this university , you can excel your carrier from this university .

Campus Life

All the societies of the college are very much active also there are many fest in the college... There is facilities of every thing in the college such as for sports and extracurricular activities.. every festival use to celebrate in the college very nicely..

Admission

I have got admission in du , bhu , aur from cuet but I didn't go because later on I come to know that this university's are not good in placement , social interaction , and the society where we have to live of 4-5 years, The families are not that much good.. only there names are in hype...

Faculty

The faculty is excellent and very much experienced in there subjects.. We have exams of 100 marks in which 50 marks goes for written exam and and rest 50 from internal. We have 8 subjects of bcom (Hons) . I'm pursuing bcom with Acca in which I get exception of 9 exams which is very good..

My review on my college

Likes

It is the library it's very big and contains many different books that the students can research from and reference their projects from.
The gymnasium therebis also good with various equipments that the students can work with
The basketball court is also big and many students play basketball and many other games in there

Dislikes

I dislike my seniors,they are arrogant and very controlling and I hope they graduate soon.
The canteen as it a bit expensive for me
The toilet is a bit too far for my liking

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect in which I chose my course is because I want to work in office jobs and most of the jobs relevant to the course pays a good sum of money.The curriculum prepares you alot for real world applications but of course not all of them as different courses teach you different things in life .The area which might need improvement is the choice that we have on choosing our minor or major subjects and I think the college should include more options.There is usually an internal test followed by an exam for every semester.

My College Experience in St. Edmund's College

Likes

The college campus is filled with greenery (flowers and trees). The environment is fresh and filled with blossoms and trees.
The college campus is very big and beautiful, compare to any other college campus on the state.
The teachers and students are friendly in nature. Hence, we can approach our teachers and ask for help any time we want.

Dislikes

The fees structure is very high in our college, compare to any other college in the state
The class timing is very tight. We have classroom from 8:30am till 4:00pm. Hence, we barely get time for our self to study and complete our work on time.
The food provided in the canteen is horrible. Sometimes the gave the food which are not fresh and freshly made. The food are very oily, salty and costly, which is not students pocket friendly at all.

Placement Experience:

the students from 4th Semester above are eligible for the campus placements. the college placement cell provides each and every opportunity to the students and to influence the students to not only be good in the academics but to also have extra curricular activities. the college placement cells always conducts online or offline meetings with the students, to hell them faced the real world and to not be covered in a bubble shell. they brings people from outside to conduct the meeting and select students who are capable. Many companies has offered placement for the students from our college, companies from the country as well as outside the country. the highest package is 30000 and average package is 5000 as offered by the company. the percentage of students getting placements is 95% out of 100%. the remaining 5% may have their own reasons to not go for the placement or they are not selected for the placement. My plans after getting my degree is to continue with my UPSC, i don't have any other plan apart from UPSC.

Wearing a uniform to go to the college everyday.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it 8 out of 10 inn terms of number. As we know at present times no field is greater . Every field has its own significance. such as studying commerce is very practical in these times.It enables our practical thinking towards life.

The college life

Likes

The faculty are really good. And their explanation is really appreciable. They are very friendly and supportive.
Even the management is very good and the conduction of exams and other programs are also very smooth.
I really appreciate the way the professors encourage students and the way they helped us to make the nep courses easy .

Dislikes

It's just that the routine is kind of a problem since we need to stay in the college for so long and we get a bit more off periods than what is required.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really found this course very interesting and since I am interested in building up my own business if everything works for me this course is the best to guide me . Since our course is semester wise so we have two semesters every year and each semester is of 6 months and at the end of every semester we have the end sem exams . Over and above that we use to have internals and assignments for each semester.
