Likes

Environment is very green and beautiful 😍
The ambiance us very studious and the students are eager to learn new things daily
The faculties are very kind hearted and easy to approach.

Dislikes

The classes timing is unsuitable for a daily enojoyful day
The class rooms are not tidy and proper as its spacious..
The washroom are not very clean and the water source are not clean

Course Curriculum Overview

In the institution they are preparing us for real world so there are various activities which enhances the students insight on different technologies . The workshops of different clubs and activities are also very helpful in this area. But the study pressure is real and they aren't caring about the students mental health at all so that need to be improved.

Class Size: 15Course Fees: INR 123500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees for 1st year is a bit higher rather than the other 3 years.We have to pay fees yearly. The scholarship are avaliable for everyone and no the price doesn't increase yearly. The hostelers are paying different amounts including their mess fees per month, and Ac room .

Campus Life

We celebrate SANKALP as the biggest festival of the university with highest involvement of students. The clubs host many interesting events. It have a library so that the students have access to a large amount of books including both literature and technical also in literature fantasy and other genre books are avaliable

Admission

I chooses this university as its providing the best study environment in our area and it's very close to our home. The faculare great and the students are also...overall choosing these university was a good decision for my carrier. The admission process is very smooth and totally understanding of the parents ideas and the payment procedures

The first year courses are somehow lengthy as we have to read all the basic subjects but the faculties are nice and they teach us well . From the 2nd onwards the courses start to be according to your elected course... The exam environment is very strict

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

The excellent university of odisha

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Google, Wipro, HCL Tech and many such which has been around for a while in the tech business and has built tech for many overseas companies too are the ones which have already started coming. I am in my final year and around 40% students have already been recruited and I hope before this semester ends, i too get placements.

Life at NIST

As i didn't score much in my entrance exams I had to opt for tier 2-3 colleges from which as i am from odisha and many of my realtives and friends suggested NIST University. My College Life.

I didn't applied in any other colleges. I joined this college because the rules and regulations and the faculty members are good. The college provides an average placement of 9 LPA to the students and placements of highest package 25 laksh in MNCs like Accenture,Tata,Texas Instruments etc. To get admission in my college a student have to clear JEE exam with a good percentile and have to book seat and then have to wait for the joining list to be released by the college once it is released the student can get admission by paying the joining fees on the joining date...Read More
