Course Curriculum Overview
There are like a lot of curriculum and activities specially...I see lots of activities going on each week, each courses make their own events throughout. And they are fun. We can take part as well...the difficulty level of exams are not that hard I suppose
Internships Opportunities
The internships come every month I guess as I'm a fresher idk much about the internships here...but I recently was given an opportunity to apply for an internship in Noida as a journalist. The project was typewriting, journalism, article and report etc
Placement Experience
The placements here are good. The highest package went upto 36lakh. And the average package is 6.8lakh which is pretty good. I think from 3year the students become eligible for good placements. Almost 85% of students get placed each year
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee of my course i.e bachelor of journalism and mass communication, is 150000, the registration fee and admission fees was 10000. As a fresher I had to pay 175000. But from second year it's only 150000 as the registration and admission fee won't be needed.
Campus Life
The fest which is held around the month of November, freshers in October. Dandiya nights, christmas so it's pretty vibrant throughout the year. The books of my course is pretty less which is an issue. But other course's books are available. Sports is really supported here. Many sport events are held as there are many clubs as well..im myself a part of the cultural club in music
Hostel Facilities
Hostel faculty in the first place is very nice. The warden, the staff members even the chef of the mess is really nice, they ask about the food everyday...but still the food is not as good. But there's a wide range of menu...so it's good. The hostel affordability is good but only good for those who live far away as it'll be helpful to them...day scholars have a tough time cuz they come by the bus provided by the college so it takes time for them
Admission
I applied for galgotias university, Sharda University, iilm...one thing I have to say about my college is that it is well knowned and I heard from a few people that my course here at this college is pretty good and at an affordable price
Faculty
I think the faculty to student ratio must be... 1 teacher for 6-7 students. The faculty to student relation is very good and the teachers are nice and friendly. The faculties help A LOT!!! I really liked Ritwik sir and Ritika ma'am they are very nice. There are 2 exams per year...mid term exams that will be held in the months of October and final exams that will be help in December. The exams are for the betterment so obviously they are easy to hard
