Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

My decision to choose this course is good because at that time this course in on peak but now a days students totally dependent on AI so companies also started hiring less because now there is less creativity.

Internships Opportunities

3

Internships are available but not for all tje students. For internships students have to work on their skills. All the companies which came for placements are also came for internships. Roles offered are good like the roles offered for newly employers.

Placement Experience

3

The placements are good. Almost every student who is capable got placed in good companies. The average package is 400000 pa. From 6th semester students are able to get placed. 80 percent of students got placement every year. Highest placement package is 54lpa. Many big companies like Microsoft, amazon, flipkart, daloit, linkedin, jp morgan, tcs, tech mahindra etc come every year. My plans after getting degree is to get placed first and then go for higher studies and also prepare for government exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

My course fee is 120000 per semester. But now it has increased to 135700 this year. Yes there is scholarship according to cucet, jee and boards score. All this scholarship structure can be found on cuchd website and also all details about cucet papers.

Campus Life

4.5

Many fests are held every month. Some of the big fests are cu fest, fresher , tashan nites, youth fest etc. The range and acessibility of books in library is very large. Almost every book is aviable in libraies. The classes are less with projectors which works rarely. Many benches are broken especially for CSE students classes. Sports and extracurricular activities are very much. The university is one of the top university in sports. There are many groups and clubs which are run by students like IEEE, Young orators , kala connect, ai learner and many more.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facilities are good enough. Both ac and non ac hostels are available. 5 , 4 ,3 ,2 seater hostels are availables. Mess in every hostel is available. Lifts are available. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. Meal is not so good as in every hostel mess but it is eatable. You can register for hostel from their website cuchd. Hostels are available very easily. Cost are dependents on the basis of ac , non ac and the students in the room. Many localities are available near. You also can get flat and pg easily.

Admission

I choose this college because it is a better college with better placement near to my home. The admission process of the college is very easy you can take admission without coming by applying on their website . You can also get admission from campus which is also easy. They help you very much.

Faculty

2.5

Some staffs member teaches very good but many members are not able to answer students questions which are easy. They say to watch it from youtube. Marking scheme is based on subjcts. There are three types of subjects practical, theory and hybrid. In practical 60 marks for internals and 40 marks for externals, in theory it is vice versa while in hybrid 50 for internal and 50 for external. Two mid terms exam and then final exams.

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro, cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed. The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
